This is an aluminum flower vase that has been tig welded together. It stands about 5 1/2" tall and is 2 1/8"x 3 1/2" at the base and the top. It's a funky oblong shape:)

It's been clear coated to protect the finish. It may vary slightly from the picture, I make each vase by hand.

This is a custom "Detroit" keychain with an old english "D"

It's a high grade 304 stainless steel keychain that measures 3" x 1" and is 1/8" thick. The letters were tig welded on with stainless filler rod. It comes with a double ring. I don't use "blanks" for any of my stuff, everything is cut, drilled, formed, and finished by me.

This bike was created for my Year of the Chopper project. "Exhaust Notes from the Underground" is a tig welded sculpture made from nuts, bolts, screws, and other scraps of forgotten metal. After welding,it was cleaned and painted black, then clear coated. All of this is done at my shop in Mt. Clemens, Michigan....this is pure "Made in the USA" metalcraft!

This would be a great way to start your BDW bike collection, or it would make a great gift for the motorcycles enthusiast on you shopping list!

This bobber is the 104th bike sculpture overall that I've built, and it's the 14th Year of the Chopper sculpture. Each and every piece I do is unique and comes with a signed and numbered certificate. This particular piece is 6 3/4" long, 2 3/4" tall, and 2 3/8" wide at the handlebars.

Nothing says "I'm just here to have a good time" like a skull and cross bones belt buckle. Let everyone know your amicable intentions with this cool piece of steel.

The design is tig welded onto the buckle, I like to call it "tattooed metal".

The hand formed buckle measures 2 3/8" by 3 1/2", and is made from 1/8" 304 stainless steel. The buckle is curved slightly to give it a comfortable shape. Up to a 1 5/8" belt will work with it.

The sun design is made from tig welded silicon bronze on a stainless steel buckle.

All my buckles are shaped and welded by me, and I don't use blanks. This buckle was formed out of 1/8" 304 stainless steel and 1/8" 308 stainless tig rod. It is about 2 3/8" tall by 3" wide and up to a 1 3/4" belt will work with it.

This is a hand formed belt buckle. The skull and crossbones design is tig welded onto 304 stainless steel. You won't find a buckle made like this anywhere else.

I made and formed every piece of this buckle, no blanks or clips were used. It'll work with most normal size belts, up to 1 5/8" wide.

Peace and love exist in harmony at last, if only on a belt buckle. We have to start somewhere. The designs are tig welded onto stainless steel, we like to call it "Tattooed Metal" :)

Stainless Steel Belt Buckle The Center

I called this buckle "The Center." Why? I'm not sure now.

I used both silicon bronze and stainless steel filler to create this buckle. The result is a colorful design that makes me smile. Smile, and the world smiles with you. Or they hate you for being so darned happy.

The Center is about 3" by 2", is curved slightly to fit the contour of the human body, and will fit belts up to 1 7/8" wide.

Like all my buckles, this one was hand formed from the start, I made every piece of it.

Now you can be forever immortalized on a keychain. Nicknames, usernames, real names, fake names; whatever you desire, I can do. 9 Characters is about the limit, but let me know what you'd like and I can probably hook you up. The letters are tig welded onto the keychain. I can leave a "polished weld" look(picture one), or I can sand the top flat to give it a "raised letter" look(picture 2). The choice is yours. Each one comes with a double ring.

These 304 stainless steel keychains measure 1" by 3" by 1/8". There's nothing a dog likes more than his bone, and now your pup can have one all the time! You could also use it as a keychain to show off your love for canines.

It's made from 1 1/2" diameter 304 stainless steel and is about 1/8" thick. It comes with a small single ring and a larger double ring.

Flower Belt Buckle

This is a belt buckle made out of stainless steel. The flower is a tig welded pattern, I used both silicon bronze filler rod and stainless steel rod. The color in the steel is from the heat of the welding process. In the future you could always polish it up to have a shiny buckle, but I like how the colors work on this one.

I make every part of my buckles, and each one is unique. No part is mass produced, everything is formed by hand by me. This buckles is about 2 1/8" tall, 2 7/8" wide, and up to a 2" belt will fit in the loop.(The last pic is of a different buckle, but it's a similar setup).

This is a belt buckle with a skull tig welded onto the surface. Beautiful tig beads make up the design,we call it "tattooed metal." You won't find buckles like this anywhere else! Each one is different, my buckles are one of the most unique items you'll ever wear:)

All my buckles are shaped and welded by me, and I don't use blanks. This buckle was formed out of 1/8" 304 stainless steel and 1/8" 308 stainless tig rod. It is about 2 1/4" tall by 3 3/16" wide and up to a 1 5/8" belt will work with it.

"Wild West" is a tig welded sculpture made from nuts, bolts, screws, and other scraps of forgotten metal. After welding,it was cleaned and clear coated to help fight corrosion. All of this is done at my shop in Mt. Clemens, Michigan....this is pure "Made in the USA" metalcraft!

BDW bike sculptures make for terrific desktop and bookshelf decor, collectibles, gifts for motorcycles enthusiasts, and any one is sure to be an excellent conversation piece. And if you buy one of the Year of the Chopper bikes, 100% of the proceeds are going to a good cause!

"Wild West" is the 95th bike sculpture overall that I've built, and it's kind of a West Coast Chopper inspired motorcycle. I like the stance of the CFL bikes, and I tried to duplicate it here. Each and every piece I do is unique and comes with a signed and numbered certificate. This particular piece is 7" long, 3" tall, and 2 1/2" wide at the handlebars.

LOVE Stainless Belt Buckle

If all we had is love, we'd be ok. If you could use a little bit more of it, this buckle is just what the doctor ordered. It's tig welded right to the face. Nothing subliminal here. LOVE is what you've got.

Made from 304 stainless steel, this buckle is 4" long(not including clip) and 2" tall. It has a slight curve to fit the shape of your body. Up to a 1 3/4" belt will work with it. As with all BDW buckles, I formed every piece of this bad boy myself.

Stainless Steel Belt Buckle Immortality

I'm not going to lie to you, this one is slightly used. I usually like to try on the buckles to make sure they fit good, and a few of them I'll wear once or twice to make sure they pass the test. This one I've worn a lot over the last few weeks because I really dig it.

The juxtaposition of the symbols of death and freedom is interesting to me, but really I like it because it looks pretty cool. Now it's washed and polished, and waiting for you to look almost as cool wearing it as I did.

This buckle is about 3 1/2" long(minus clip) by 2 1/4" tall, and was formed from 1/8" thick 304 stainless steel. The skull and wings were tig welded to the buckle's surface. It's got a slight curve to fit comfortably.

1933 Ford Hot Rod Fear Factor

Fear Factory is based on the Factory Five's '33 Ford. It's got the beauty of the old school,traditional hot rod, and the underpinnings of a race car. This bad boy is powered by a late model fuel injected big block Ford engine, it breaths through shorty headers and an exhaust that exits right in front of the rear tires. My favorite feature on this piece is the removable hardtop!

This is a one of a kind metal sculpture built from nuts, bolts, washers, sheetmetal, and tubing. I tig welded it together and then clear coated it to help fight oxidation.

AR-15 Scrap Metal Sculpture

It seems as though the original commissioner of this piece has been abducted by aliens, so now I am offering it to the general public.

This is a "close to" 1:1 scale sculpture of an AR-15 semi-automatic rifle. If you'd like to display how much of a badass you are, and yet don't want to leave assault weapons in your living room or on your office wall, then this is perfect for you.

This AR-15 was completely tig welded, and features many beautiful welds. It's also been clear coated. Scraps of round and square tubing, pipe, part of a Masterlock, roller chain, sockets, engine rod bolts, and allen wrenches are put together in this completed puzzle.
It's biggest dimensions are 25 3/4" long, 2" wide, and 8 1/2" wide.

Fast Five Window Ford Model Hot Rod

I'm a huge fan of traditional hot rods. The '32 Ford is "the car" for many guys and gals, and for good reason. It's simple, beautiful, and so easy to mold to whatever style you like.

This is one of my many ideas for an early Ford hot rod. Built for the strip with a hopped up Chevy 350 and no exhaust beyond the collector, it's all business.

I tig welded this model out of sheet metal scraps, nuts, and bolts. I also clear coated it to help protect against corrosion, although these pics were taken before that. It's right around 8" long, 3" high, and 4" wide.

Metal Hot Rod Sculpture Lockdown

Lockdown is a low-slung beast that will look menacing parked in the weeds on you desk, table, or bookshelf.

It's a one of a kind metal sculpture built from nuts, bolts, a Masterlock that had been compromised, some old pipe, tubing, and sheet metal. I tig welded it together and then clear coated it to help fight oxidation.

This piece is 8 1/4" long, 4 1/2" wide, and 2 1/4" tall.

Scotty the Metal Dog Sculpture

Take a few bolts, a nut, a couple of washers, and part of a roller chain, break out the tig welder, and voila! You get this little pooch! Scotty is looking for a "forever" home. This cute pup is a great piece to display on a coffee table, desk, or book shelf. A terrific gift for any animal lover!

It's about 2 3/4" tall and 2 3/8" long, and about 1 5/8" wide. I cleaned and clearcoated it after tig welding this dog together. Like all of my pieces, it is an original and truly one of a kind sculpture. It comes with a signed certificate for authenticity.

The Roadster Metal Car Art

This is my interpretation of a classic roadster. No top, no radio, just the wind in your hair and the roar of the engine. Sit this on your desk to dream about the upcoming weekend, or display it on a bookshelf as a conversation piece.

The Roadster was tig welded together from scrap mild steel and nuts and bolts. I sandblasted, wirewheeled, and clearcoated it for the finish it has now.

It's a high grade 304 stainless steel keychain that measures 3" x 1" and is 1/8" thick. The letters were tig welded on with stainless filler rod. It comes with a double ring. I don't use "blanks" for any of my stuff, everything is cut, drilled, formed, and finished by me.

Great Stocking stuffers!!! Nicknames, usernames, real names, fake names; whatever you desire, I can do. 9 characters is about the limit, but let me know what you'd like and I can probably hook you up. The letters are tig welded onto the keychain. Each one comes with a double ring.

I started making them as christmas gifts for my own family, but due to popular demand they are now available to anyone willing to pay me $17 + shipping.
