Vintage Christmas C9 light bulbs in brown original box. Made in the Republic of Taiwan.

The bulbs are 3 inches (7.6 cm) long and were all tested and worked at the time of testing on November 21, 2009.

This listing is for 5 each (25 in total) blue, green, orange, yellow and red lights. I have other colors listed if the color you want is not here, check my shop.

Condition: In working order. Some have some spots where the paint has chipped off - guaranteed to make them seem extra sparkly!

Vintage Nancy Drew THE CLUE OF THE BLACK KEYS

Nancy is approached by a young college professor who tells her about a treasure that he and some other professors were searching for in Mexico. They had found a stone tablet which they believed would help them locate the treasure, but before they could translate it, the tablet vanished along with one of the professors. Did he steal the tablet or was he kidnapped? Nancy is asked to help find the missing professor and the tablet, and to guard a valuable, black half key which, with another 2 1/2 similar keys, would unlock the treasure.

This is probably one of the 10 best Nancy Drew books. The mystery, though a little implausible, is quite interesting. The book has a lot of action and suspense and was well-written. This is a very good book and every Nancy Drew fan should have this one in their collection.

This classic yellow bound Nancy Drew book is #28 in the series and was copyrighted in 1968.

The book is in great condition. It has two names written in the front with one of them marked out. The next page has an owner stamp for the Division for Reading Effectiveness for the Indiana Dept. of Public Instruction. No tears, dog ears or marks within the story itself. Cover has minor shelf wear.

What a perfectly vintage set of glasses! These hefty rounded tumblers are etched with 3 shooting stars.

Molded glass, these will hold up to 12 ounces of fluid and are 3.25 inches tall (15.2 cm), 3 inches (6.3 cm) across the top.

In used vintage condition, they have scratches, but no chips or cracks.

Beautiful print of an owl perched on a branch. Matted in ivory and framed in a rustic wood frame that has a little wear. It is held in on the back with a piece of cardboard that has been taped on the frame. There is a metal sawtooth hanger.

These four cereal bowls are rimmed and have the Granada shape. The pattern is similar to several Homer Laughlin patterns, but I could not find an exact match.

These bowls measure 8.25 inches (21 cm) across and are 1.5 inches (3.8 cm) deep.

There are minor surface scratches, no chips and the glaze is shiny.

Charming hot pink triple indent Christmas bulb from West Germany - accented with mica flowers. The indents have hot pink at the center, with concentric circles of gold, silver and green.

It is a 2 inch (5 cm) ball.

Condition: Mica may have been colored at one point, it looks like some of it is yellow. The painted circles in the indents are faded. One of the indents is broken, but with the other two, it will still look lovely on your tree :) Some of the hot pink has been scratched off.

Vintage Plastic Christmas Ornament from Italy

This is a Mid Century Italian diorama-style, indented dimensional Christmas scene ornament.

Inside the concave recess is a hard plastic fawn or baby deer figure being petted by an angel. The indent is dark purple with two paper stars in the heavens.

The ornament is a ribbed silver on the outside and a metal cap.

The stem of the ornament is marked "Italy".

It is 2 5/8 inches (6.7 cm).

Condition: fair. The purple is starting to craze, showing a great hot pink underneath. There appears to have been mica around the opening, but that is pretty much gone. Between the ribs, some of the silver is gone, showing a yellow base.

This reindeer is poised to take off! It is a creamy, aged white with pink highlights and brown and black painted eyes. It would look great standing by itself, or used as a supply in making a wreath.

They stand 6.25 inches (15.8 cm) tall. It can stand alone, but a small puff would send it toppling, so it will need an anchor - florists' wax would work well.

It is stamped with a raised clover-leaf marking and MADE IN JAPAN. Made of celluloid or plastic, it is thin and has mold marks.

This sweet vintage ceramic pitcher is covered in fruit and vegetable shapes. On the front of the pitcher are two cheerful white and yellow daisies. Great for small pitchers of beverages - for meals or parties - or as a flower vase!

Marked "Japan" on bottom.

This previously loved vintage pitcher is in great condition with no chips, scratches, crazing or cracks! The finish is still bright and shiny :)

A festive pair of Christmas stackable ceramic mugs/cups, perfect for a holiday party! Great for hot chocolate or eggnog, each features a different holiday themed scene.

The mugs are 3.5 inches (8.8 cm) high and 3 inches (7.6 cm) across. The handle opening is 1.25 inches (3 cm). Eight ounces, about 225 ml, will just about fill them to the top.

Possibly made by the Trimont Ware Co, they have “Japan” and "SY" impressed into the bottoms.

These mugs are in good vintage condition, with no cracks. The bell one has a small fleabite in the rim.

Big lights for Christmas - so retro! This string of 22 (+ 2 unattached) vintage indoor/outdoor Christmas lights is just over 24 feet (7.3 M).

There are clips to attach it to your tree, and 15 rubber gaskets to put on if you want to use them outside (you will need more of these, probably easy to find at the hardware store).

The tag states that this string is for 120 volts and you can connect a maximum of 60 lamps. They are UL approved.

Wall Art - Vintage Lionel Barrymore Gold Foil Pictures Set of 4

Bling for your walls!

These four beautiful gold foil etchings by artist and actor Lionel Barrymore (1878-1954) will give your walls a little bit of glitz. Wouldn't these look amazing framed in a heavy black and gold frame, or black frame with a gold mat!

Scenes include: Home Port, Harbor Shelter, Dry Dock and Water Front.

The foil part is 5 7/8 x 7 3/4 inches (14.9 x 19.6 cm).
The mats are 8x10 inches (20.3 x 25.3 cm).

There are a couple of spots on the mats, and there is discoloration from where the frame was around the outside of them. Some of the edges of the foil are scratched. The pictures are loosely attached to the mat and should come off easily to remount.

Etchings are done by artists scratching a design into a metal plate with a sharp needle. The scratches are filled with ink pressed onto a piece of paper. This can be done multiple times, and each impression is an original print. Because the plates do deteriorate with each impression, there are a limited number of prints made.

This vintage Santa Claus Doll just looks so shy! He is a sitting doll, but could stand with support.

This doll's torso is stuffed with a crunchy material. The the legs have hard cardboard tubes in them with a break at the knee so the knees will bend. The arms have softer tubes in them. The hands are attached to each other, so it looks like he can hang, but I think that would dislocate his shoulders.

He is in excellent condition.

Gorgeous large vintage Shiny Brite Christmas bulb - silver with a faint sheen of green, it has a snow scene with reindeer and a pine tree stenciled with and finished with mica.

This vintage glass round ball shaped Christmas ornament measure 3.75 inches (9.5 cm) tall, not including the loop, and 3.5 inches (6 cm) around. The metal cap is marked Shiny Brite Made in USA. These are the harder to find JUMBO sized!

It is in excellent condition - it has some darkening around the neck, a 1 inch (2.5 cm) and several smaller oxidation spots. There also is some gold and red that may have been transferred from a storage container or another ornament. The mica snow scenes are in beautiful condition with barely any loss of snow. You just don't find these ornaments very often in this size or condition!

Anchor Hocking Glass Co. produced this Soreno pattern from 1966-1970. The avocado green inside is smooth and the outside is textured with a horizontal ripple or ribbed pattern.

The bowls are 5 7/8 inches (14.8 cm) across at the top and 1.75 inches (4.4 cm) tall.

This size bowl could be used as a salad, soup, cereal, snack candy or ice cream bowl!

They are in wonderful condition with no nicks or chips.

This circa 1971 chop plate features a forest green flower with a yellow center and olive/avocado green band around the rim. The plate measures approximately 12.5 inches (31.8 cm) in diameter. It is Montego by Sears (Seamon) Pattern #4113

There is some pitting on the green glaze and some scratching. There are no chips, crazing or cracks.

Table Lamp - Vintage Mid Century Light Aqua with Gold Splotches

A fabulously funky mid century lamp! Does not include a harp, finial or shade.

The ceramic lamp has been glazed in gorgeous aqua and gold, with gold accents.

Height to the top of the socket: 21.75 inches (55.4 cm)
The base is 6.75 inches (17.3 cm) in diameter.

I do have a shade that will work with this, just not yet listed :)

Excellent shape! Lamp works, there is a little gold missing from the top of the upper gold piece, probably from being rubbed as the lamp is being switched on and off.
One of the filigrees from around the light socket is missing (photo 4). The felt on the bottom has a large hole, but the part on the ceramic is there to protect your furniture.

The shade, finial and harp can be purchased separately from lighting stores or antique shops. Once you have the shade you like, measure the overall height. There will also be a fitter recess measurement. Shade height - fitter recess = harp size. Round this number down to the closest whole or half number to get the correct harp size. You will need a regular harp, not heavy duty.

The 7.5 inch (19 cm) plate could be used for salads, desserts or just as a snack plate. The 5.5 inch (14 cm) bowls are perfect for a couple dips of ice cream or a serving of applesauce.

These beautiful, clear globe candlesticks were made by Toscany in Poland. They are a gorgeous handblown clear crystal that my photos fall far short of capturing!
They have never been used and come to you in the original box. The great thing about these candleholders is that the hole to hold the candle is graduated in size, so any size candle will fit!

The round spot in the photos is the blowhole in the bottom.

The globes stand 4.625 inches (11.7 cm) tall.

What a beautiful find! This Japanese Porcelain Ware bowl was hand decorated in Hong Kong, probably between 1945 and 1950. The paintings depict various flowers and bunnies painted in brick red with outlines in gold.

The outside pewter has seen some scuffing and dings, but the piece as a whole is in good condition.

It measures approximately 5.75 inches (14.5 cm) across and is 1.5 inches (3.7 cm) tall.

You should know, before you buy this book, that you'll be required to tickle your child at the end. It makes Tickle, Tickle, by Helen Oxenbury, a great book for little ones.

A group of very young children play in the mud, get a bath, brush their hair and, of course, get tickled!

The first thing that ought to catch your eye is the racial diversity of the kids - it's right there on the cover, and continues throughout the book, with parents of different races helping them. The illustrations are cute and despite some vibrant colors, have the feel of "gentle" pastels. There is very little text, and not much in the way of a storyline, making this an excellent book for the very young (up to about 18-24 months) and less enticing for older children. And all children will appreciate the tickle you really do owe them at the end!

It was copyrighted in 1987.

The book is in good condition. It has shelf wear and the protective plastic is peeling back at the bottom corner.
