Professional acid dyes and optimized reaction conditions - ultrafast colors that don't bleed. The dyes react via a hydration reaction mechanism with the amide bond in the wool. As a PhD chemist, I optimized the reaction conditions to drive the reaction to completion, which means that there is very little, if any, free dye left to bleed.

If you need more than 4 ounces, contact me - I usually dye up several skeins of roving in the same dyelot.
