Your baby is one of a kind, and they deserve a quilt that's just as unique as they are. This is a generously sized quilt that will fit any crib or toddler bed. It measures 45 x 36 inches, and is also perfect for a play mat!

It has a large tree appliqued on the front, with bark made from many layers of new and vintage brown cotton fabrics to give the look of texture. The leaves are made from various green cotton fabrics. And there is a cute little red bird resting on a branch. Little eyes will find many different patterns to practice focusing on. Everything is securely attached with layers of zig zag stitching, with ends left to fray a bit for curious fingers to find. There are a few flowers around the base of the tree cut from a vintage tablecloth.

The back is made with the softest white flannel, perfect for laying your head against, with a line of cotton patchwork down the side. The quilt will be bound with green satin blanket binding, soft and smooth.

This quilt is securely hand tied with white embroidery floss and filled with low loft organic cotton batting so it won't be too hot. It can be safely washed in cold water, and laid flat to dry.

You can purchase this dress with a clear conscience, knowing that no carbon footprint was created along with it. Made from a repuposed men's button-up shirt, this is eco-fashion at it's cutest!

This design comes in either blue and white stripe or solid blue. Each shirt I use is a bit different by it's nature, but I've chosen these two colors since they are plentiful and easy to obtain. I have a rather large collection at this point in other colors and prints as well, so if you'd rather another color story just send me a message and we'll work something out.

This dress buttons down the back, and has a cute applique print of seed packets with a little sprout of leaves on top. Elastic neck makes it very easy for your girl to dress herself, and allows her to wear this garment for a few years, later as a tunic or a blouse. Larger sizes will have a hem that follows the lines of a shirt tail (longer in the front and back and shorter on the sides), and I have compensated for that in the pattern. Smaller sizes will have an even hem, unless you request otherwise.

Months ago I had found a Mariachi shirt at Goodwill that turned into the *cutest* custom order. Since then I have gotten many requests for another ruffle shirt, and though I confess that ruffles aren't usually my style, I love the idea of upcycling vintage tuxedo shirts into something chic and unique.

I found a lot of vintage boys tuxedo shirts for sale. Dress is available in sea green or lilac. No more light yellows, sorry!! The green and lilac are shaped a bit differently, and will not have a pocket.

I normally only use cotton shirts, but these are vintage 70s polyester blend. They do feel soft to the touch though, similar in feel to cotton.

Since these are small boys shirts, I can make them only in sizes 6m or 12m. I have a very small number of these, and though I am looking for another source, at the moment I haven't found one, and therefore there will be a very limited run of these.

I have several prints in this color palette. Your quilt may incorporate slightly different prints than those pictures as my stock is constantly changing but it will be the same in tone and overall look and feel.

If you would like a different color palette that can be arranged. There will be minimal additional cost for whatever fabrics you pick out. I don't have any more of the turquoise border fabric. I can find a similar color print for you or I can use matching satin blanket binding - babies love the silky feel of that and it also promotes tactile stimulation.

Ooo I am so excited to be listing this! This is a generously sized quilt that will fit any crib or toddler bed. It measures 48 x 39 inches, and is also perfect for a play mat!

It has 8 poppies appliqued on the front, made from various red cotton fabrics, including a toile and a Moroccan woodblock print. Little eyes will find many different patterns to practice focusing on. The flowers are securely attached with layers of zig zag stitching, with ends left to fray a bit for curious fingers to find.

The back is made with the softest white flannel, perfect for laying your head against, with a line of cotton patchwork down the side. It is bound with red satin for tactile stimulation.

This quilt is securely hand tied with white embroidery floss and flled with high loft polyester batting so it won't be too hot. It can be safely washed in cold water, and hung out to dry. It may be okay to dry it on low in a pinch - all the fabics have been preshrunk, but like most quilts, I think it will fare better without the dryer.

This cute dress had a former life as a man's button-up, but is much happier now in its newer incarnation. Instead of spending the day at the office, this dress can now go to school, climb a tree, go rollerskating - much more fun!

The shirt retains its buttons on the front and has pleats in the front and back. There is a linen scooetr from the fabric designer Echino appliqued on the bottom with cream thread, over a colorful patch of linen. Color of patch may vary. Specify if you are trying to match something. Lined on top in the front and back.

This is a generously sized quilt that will fit any crib or toddler bed. It measures 42 x 36 inches, and is also perfect for a play mat! This quilt is a bit smaller than my other listings due to the width of the fabric.

It has many layers of waves appliqued on to the sky and clouds print on the front, made from various blue cotton fabrics, new and upcycled. Little eyes will find many different patterns to practice focusing on.

In the middle of the big ocean there is a brown sail boat with a red and white stripe sail, and sailing the boat are a cute elephant and a monkey, full or personality and enjoying the beautiful weather. The monkey is taking advantage of the wind by flying a kite. Everything is securely attached with layers of zig zag stitching, with ends left to fray a bit for curious fingers to find.
