This is a pillow that men love. It is made from charcoal grey pinstripe suit material. It is piped in black velvet and has a gathered strip of the same velvet. The decorative metal buttons pop against the dark background.

I made it with a masculine room in mind but I can also see it resting in a chair covered in rich colors. It would bring a subtle touch of class to the room.

The color is distorted by the flash in the third picture. I wanted to show you a close up of the detailing. The first two pictures show the dark charcoal color accurately.

I have tried out this pillow on everything from the bed to the a living room chair. It looks great in so many settings. Use it in a grouping or alone.

The fabric is a nice silk with a confetti trim. The trim is a mixture of neutrals and light and dark greens ( they lean toward the sage family.) The pillow is a great neutral that blends well with different color families.

The pillow itself is approx. 9.5" by 9.5". The trim makes it appear to be approx. 11" by 11".

Faux Silk Valance Or Table Runner In Rich Earth Tones

This window valance is beautiful. It is made from a faux silk with a small raised embroidery swirl pattern. The main color is russet and the swirl is gold. The bottom has a border of gold, sage,russet stripe. The back of the valance is the same stripe. You could actually reverse the piece if you wanted to only show the stripe fabric.

The valance is a straight piece that is best hung with clip-on rings on a rod. You can also add the rings and then mount with hooks or medallions on the wall.

The rings do not come with the valance. You can find so many finishes on hardware so it will be easy to find something that goes with your room.

It is approx. 13 inches in length and 53.5 inches in width. It will fit most single windows.

I also can see this as a table runner. Wouldn't it look stunning with earth toned dinnerware?

If you would like a co-ordinated pillow to match your valance I can custom make you one from the fabric.

This fabric is simply wonderful. When people are looking through my swatch books they often stop and admire the fabric in this grouping. Gorgeous Home Decor Fabric Woven In Italy Great for Handbag

If you dream over the pillows and upholstery in high end decorating magazines then I am sure you are familar with Beacon Hill fabrics. They are rich to the touch and expensive to the pocketbook.

This fabric comes from the Beacon Hill collection. It was made in Italy and sells for $244 a yard ( see picture of price tag). It is cotton with a design woven from wool threads ....I have added a picture of the back so that you can see this detail.

This piece measures approx. 25 inches across and approx. 22 inches in length. It was a sample so the edges are backed with paper. I have not included the fabric that is backed in paper in my measurements.

The fabric has a crinkle type texture to it. The background is a dark tan. The first picture shows the background a little dark and the second a little light. ( Rainy days are keeping me from using natural light to shoot pictures!)

Elephants add an exotic touch to this great pillow. The inset has palm trees and costumed elephants scattered about. The edges have a beaded and metal trim that goes with the theme.

These napkins are simple and beautiful at the same time.
The fabric is a high grade silk. One side is creamy two toned silk with a slightly darker shade stripe. The other side shows off a soft shade of orange and gold in a geometric design.

They are for decorative purposes only. Silk does not wash well so I would only use these to dress up your table. I am showing them fan folded and placed in purple goblets.

The fabric is deep red. The design is a floral vine flowing around the pillow. The edges have a small piping. The back fabric is the same as the front ( no trim on back).

Outdoor fabric is water and fade resistant. It will work well in a covered area that gets the occasional rain blown on it. Water just runs off.
Most outdoor fabrics withstand direct rain and sun in an uncovered area. I have not personally tested this one in my own yard so I can not give a testimonial!

The Love the Earth green movement was strong the first time in the mid 70's. This fabric is a great example with bright flowers and plants on a dark green background.

The fabric is decorator weight made by Brunshwig and Fils, Inc. The size is approx. 24 inches in width and 50 inches in length. It is cotton.

It is in good shape with only a small bit of darkening in a spot. The last picture shows this area. If you weren't really examining it I don't think it would stand out.
