White poly/cotton eyelet lined in a poly/cotton white lining. Ties at shoulders with an invisible zipper closure in back. Attached belt ties in a sweet bow in back while the front of the bodice has soft pleats to accent the bust. All finished seams and fully lined. You'll need to wear a flesh toned bra since white might be a little to bright underneath. Dress is shown with a crinoline underneath, not included. But, I do have them in my shop and they can be done in cotton or net.

Perfect for an outdoor wedding or can be done in other colors for your bridesmaids.

Dress photographed is a small/med with a bust of 36 and a waist of 28, skirt is 26" long.

Very simple lines out of crepe backed cream satin, lined in matte polyester lining. Big box pleats along the slightly raised waistline give fullness to the skirt. Double straps play with movement along the shoulders. Tied bow belt at back is simple but sweet. Invisible zippered closure, all seams finished. Skirt is slightly longer than knee length, this is more tea length (hits the calf mid way, about 26-27 inches long)

Perfect for a night out (can be done in other colors, just ask!) or for a simple wedding ceremony.

Dress shown is finished and ready to go- but a custom sized dress can be made for you easily. Dress shown is a medium, aprox 38 bust and 31 waist.

Date Night Halter Dress

Soft paisley printed cotton, with lavendar and mint green accents. Top bodice is lined in white cotton, skirt has side pockets in the deep pleats(to stash more lip gloss in for touch ups when your lover turns away). Straps and bodice are accented with gathers and pale yellow bias trim. Fully machine washable, with an invisible zippered back and button at neck (to be placed in after ordering).

This halter dress can be finished off just for you if you fall within these measurements-

An underbust of 33 to 35
A waistline of 30 to 32 inches

Sweet As Cherry Pie Dress

This cotton cherry printed fabric was so bright and cheery I just had to take the last of the bolt. So, needless to say this is the only one! Get her while you can! :)

Top dropped waisted bodice is lined in white cotton, accented with a band of hunter green velvet. Neck ties secure you in place so there are no sudden "oh dear, there go the girls" incedents. Back has an invisible zippered closure, with hook and eye security. The drop waisted skirt has pleats in the front and back, measures 25.5 inches from seam to hem.
Dress will fit a bustline of around 36 to 38, 40 if you don't mind light breathing! The waist is 32 inches, and this is all cotton, no stretch.

If you like this style I can make more! Just not of this particular fabric...it's all gone :(

Kelly is Quite the Flirt Sundress

Here is another sundress from the fashion show last month, worn by my friend Kelly who was quite adorable and flirty as she twirled about the stage and blew kisses to the crowd.

The Flirt Sundress is 100% cotton and lined in cream colored cotton at the bodice. The pattern is a light sage green damask type print that has more pleats at the waistline than I can count. The pleats are repeated again at the hem with a cream colored ruffle trim. Belt at waist is secured at the sides and ties in a big bow in back. More bows are at the shoulders and give this dress a little wiggle room with fitting. Back has an invisible zipper with hook and eye closure.

Dress will fit a bust of 36-37 inches and a waist of 28-31 (tied belt will cinch it in a bit if you're at the small end) skirt is 25 inches long and is shown with a petticoat underneath. Not included, but they are for sale in my shop.

Midnight Mistress Prom Dress

Who says prom dresses need to all be pale yellow, pink or blue? Not you! Take on the night with a little bit of sophisticated yet vintage sass in this little black number.

This sweetheart neckline strapless dress is lined in black satin, with an overlay of black organza. There is light boning inside the bodice and facing, and the top pleated cummerbund style satin ties help hold the dress up in place. Many pleats at the waistline give such a full pouf to the skirt that a petticoat really isn't needed if you don't have one. A big satin bow will tie in back for that little bit of dark sweetness. All seams are finished, zippered back.

This prom dress will be made to your bodice measurements and will be the short skirt. The dress can be made longer but I will have a different listing for that as there is a price difference. Tea at the Sagamore Ensemble

Went out for a photo shoot to show off some designs at the Sagamore in Lake George and this is one of the few that I'm not laughing like crazy in! For some reason I get the giggles in front of a camera......could be the bird in my hat?

Apple green satin not only composes this lovely tied at the neck dress, but lines the short jacket as well. Jacket is a home dec weight paisley print in green and chocolate brown. Matching belt with a snap and self covered button (only shown on model but included). Satin dress has double top stitching at waist, side invisible zipper and ties at the neck. Very easily worn with a strapless bra or no bra at all (smaller cup sizes can do it). Dress will fit a 36 to 38 bustline and a 28 to 30 inch waist depending on how tight you want the ease. Length of the skirt is 23.5 inches long.

Lace Trim Net Petticoat

A nice full petticoat in net with two layers and a hem of lace. Top band and lining are polyester so that the net doesn't hit your legs. Total length is 24 inches and will fit a waist of 26 to 38 being elastic banded.

Nice and full, this will give extra oomph to any retro dress. It is shown under the dress in the final photo during a fashion show, the dress was pleated all over with a pleated hem out of cotton. Holds up to lots of fabric!

Can be done in white or cream, just let me know in the notes to seller please. If a color preference isn't sent, you'll get whatever I have on hand at the time.

The Cotton Eyelet Megan Dress

This was the first dress out onto the runway at a fashion show I did this June. It is worn by my friend who looks just darling in crisp white cotton eyelet.
The bodice has pleats under the bust that support and enhance the bustline. Underneath is a band that ties in back in a big bow of dusty turquoise cotton eyelet. The skirt of the dress has big box pleats all around the waist and has a built in petticoat out of gathered white cotton. Matching shrug is not lined, more for show or a slight breeze really.

Dress has been worn once on stage and is machine washable in a cold wash and low dry. The back is an invisible zipper closure, all seams finished.

Dress is about a size 4/6 and will fit a bust of 34 to 36 inches and a waist of 26 to 28 inches (bow will cinch it in the back) skirt is 24 inches long.

Another full skirted dress from the fashion show, this time in bright pink and leaf green 100% cotton.

Very retro inspired bodice has points at the neckline and darts that cinch in the waist and accent the bust. Sleeves are topstitch in white and the skirt is full of pleating to make it extra full. A wide band of green adorns the hem and the tied belt.

All seams finished, worn only once for the fashion show, fully machine washable. Shown with a light crinoline, not included

Another Twirler Sun Dress

As you can see, she loved twirling around the stage in this sun dress! Unfortunately, that donut place sign was in the background because yes, the show was on the street.

My model wore this sun dress during a fashion show this June and twirled around like crazy during her walk out. The full skirt with a pleated ruffle hem did quite nicely swishing about while she spun. The shoulders are ties and the back zips up with an invisible zipper. The pleating at the hem is mimicking (spelling? haha) the pleated ruffles on the bodice. Top is lined, bottom is not. Shown here with an organza petticoat (not included). Dress is 100% cotton and fully washable.

Dress is aprox size 2 and will fit-
a bust of 32 to 33 inches
a waist of 24 to 26 inches, depending on how tight you want it
skirt length is 24 inches long

The Cupcake Baking Christine Ensemble

Long title, but an outfit like this deserves one!
This was the first ensemble out on the runway during a fashion show I was in this June. My lovely model is showing off how being covered up while baking can be sweet and seductive at the same time.

The halter is made of cotton linen look in cream and is lined in the linen look as well. Full pleating at the waist give it extra swish, while gathers at the bust emphasize what you got. The ties at the neck are of the same printed Amy Butler cotton that the oversize scalloped edge apron is in. Apron is lined in a pale pink cotton and both items are easily washable in a cool wash. The halter has a wider hem than most of my dresses to give it a more retro look. The back is finished off with a regular zipper and all seams are overlocked. Dress is shown over a very full petticoat that is sold separately.

Dress is about a 6/8 and will fit-
a bust of 36 to 38 inches
a waist of 28 to 30 inches (apron can cinch you in)
skirt of halter is 26 inches long

Who knows what you'll be called in this hot little number, other than 'whoa!' or 'sweet!' or HOTTTT. Yes, extra t's make it better.

Black and white rose printed cotton, bodice lined in poly lining. All seams finished, bodice has darts and is based off a 1960's McCall's pattern my grandmother gave me. Skirt has pleats and falls nicely over full hips. Zippered back, machine washable.

The Megan cocktail dress is super cute and shorter than other dresses in my shop. Why not? Who doesn't want to kick it up and show some leg once in while? Though it's shown very poufy, that's thanks to a petticoat underneath, not included- sorry.
Dress is pink linen with an embroidered pattern and sequins, bodice is lined in pink cotton. Dress will have an invisible zippered back (not yet inserted) and all seams are finished for easy laundering. Big box pleats around finish off a full skirt with smaller pleats at the back.
Dress is a small and will fit- a 35-36 inch bust, a 28-29 inch waist and skirt is 20.5 inches long hemmed. If you are not within these measurements, this dress will not fit you. Sorry...

Shabby Happy Homemaker Costume

This outfit or costume consists of a vintage brown and black shirtdress that has seen many better days. The poly cotton blend is faded in many places and has a tear in the left arm. It is easily fixed and I can fuse some facing on it so no one would even notice if you like.
The dress buttons down the front and snaps at the waist. Dress measures 36-37 bust, 28 waist and the length is 25 inches long.
The apron is vintage and handmade with lovely stitching along the top band and pocket. It is a pale yellow swiss dot and is the perfect accent to this outfit.

Use this to be Donna Reed, June Cleaver, a vintage baking vixen or zombie it out with fake blood and run around with an actual cleaver yelling "make your own damn dinner!"

Ok, I'm stretching it. Be what you want in this super cute cotton dress. Vintage red buttons adorn the front and top of zipper, many pleats make the unfortunately uneven hem nice and full. (how it turned out uneven...not sure, I must not of payed attention but it's cute I think) So that would make the length between 18 and 20 inches. Because...I have no other reason other than it's what I had for lining at the time.

I love this Amy Butler cotton print, if I could have a whole room covered in it I would be super happy. I guess I'll settle for a sweet halter dress instead.

Halter dress is made with two coordinating Amy Butler prints, and accented with white bias trim under the bust. The bodice is lined with white cotton, invisible zippered back and ties at the neck. Dress is a small and will fit a 34" to 35" bust and a 25" to 26" waist (depends on how tight you want the fit to be on you). The skirt from the waist to hem of pleated ruffle hem is 27". There are box pleats along the waistline and gathers under the bust to accent the fullness. This dress was worn once by my model Megan in a fashion show in June.
