So many of my friends and my brother have Autumn wedding anniversaries, and for them I designed this copper heart card. This is a wooden keepsake box adorned with moss,vintage trimmings, and a hummingbird ready to draw nectar. The box is made of wood and has a single drawer which opens with a tiny knob. The base of the box is 4 1/4" wide, 2 3/4" deep and 2" high. I painted it a pearlescent peridot-green inside and out. On top are trimmings from Tinsel Trading Company in NYC. Tucking a piece of jewelry in the drawer is an outstanding way to present a gift to a bird lover.

This is a sweet bunny rocker I made from hand-pressed
paper pulp baked in a ceramic mold. It is made of
100% cotton paper pulp which I painted in soft pastel
acrylic colors.

The bunny pressing has been mounted on a soft delft
blue matte board and framed in a gold 9" x 9" frame.
The frame does contain glass, which I removed so you
would see a clear picture of the artwork.

It has an easel back as well as a hanging hook on the back,
so the piece could set on a dresser in baby's room or hang on the wall.

It comes with a gold tag on the front for writing baby's name and yours.

This is a hand-crafted shadowbox featuring a
paper-pressed heart painted in soft shimmery colors.
Remember the ceramic molds you can use for molding
holiday cookies? Well they can also mold paper pulp
which gets baked to form this 100% cotton heart.
It has images of flowers, butterflies, and a dragonfly
that I've painted with acrylics.

The heart is mounted on natural fiber floral light blue paper and a velvet pink ribbon wraps at the bottom with a copper tag that says "Love You."

The wood shadow box is painted white and measures 9 3/4" square. Its' depth is 1 1/2". I've signed and dated it on the back. The shadow box can stand alone by itself or be hung on a wall.

Lovely blooms of fabric flowers and buttons atop ribbon stems and paper leaves. The buttons are combinations of old and new from my collection and add hand-made fun to this card.
