I worked on a series of drawings during my art history class when students were giving presentations. During a particular presentation I was working on this cute Ghost piece when the lecturer made the statement, "It became a ghost town. I guess the ghosts took over." I misheard her and thought she said "Ghosts came over." I liked the idea of that. I wouldn't mind if my ghost came over and had some tea.

I worked on a series of drawings while listening to student presentations during art history classes. I noticed people kept justifying the images they were showing because they "found it very interesting." That became the most overused phrase of the night. I also found this drawing very interesting.

Sometimes nothing feels right.

This is a small monoprint about 4" x 6" Sorry that I do not have exact measurements. It's a silkscreen print with prisma color and graphite drawings and coated in beeswax. Candy colors look edible!

This piece is a mixture of collage, screenprint, thread, paper doilies and ink. After tearing up pieces of handprinted Japanese papers I sew them together with paper doilies. This image had organic edges, it does not make a rectangle. The ghost is with her favorite object, a hot pink balloon.

This piece comes in a white frame.
