Pants are made of a medium weight twill and both legs have heart appliques. The bottom of the pants are accented with a pleated ruffle that matches the blouse. Pants have an elastic waist that measures 19 to 25". Very comfortable. Leg length from waist to bottom of ruffle is 21". Goucho style pants.

All seams are serged for a professional finish. Fabric has been pre-washed.
