To complete my insect in resin range I have combined a Black Stag Beetle with an old camera lens to give the impression of a microscope and Smokey Quartz beads separated like insect parts. I also like the idea the lens looks like a cannon.

A one off Winter Victorian themed Holly and Swarovski berry jewelry piece.

Brass Holly leaves, a mix of red Swarovski crystals and red bead berries, a brass keyhole cover to remind us of Scrooge and charming black and white Cameo of a victorian lady.
Black and green Patina's have been used to give character to the leaves and cameo frame on this piece. The green on the holly leaves is particularly nice.

This item can be pinned to a Victorian style jacket lapel, a Top hat, or worn as a necklace. I have put both fitting on for this.

I am very pleased with how the patina turned out on the leaves and the photo's just do not do this piece justice.

These trophies are made from the mounted heads of tiny clockwork assassin automatons. I suspect, but cannot prove these were sent by my nemesis Dr, Dahlberg from the Winchester Asylum to stop my humble attempts at advancing the course of mad science.
While apprehending these nasty blighters my assistant lost the end of his finger and dubbed them the clockwork cannibals.
I wear them proudly as brooches to show I destroyed my rival’s miniature evil dolls.

I put this creepy doll head on to a metal frame from the inside of a clock with a brooch pin on the back.
Inside the mouth is a layer of very sharp teeth and a broken watch face.

One eye is still functional. Inside the mouth is a layer of clockwork and very sharp teeth made from an old cog. If you look through the hole in the head you can see clockwork detail and may even see her change her mind…..

I found these Old Spectacles in an antique market with one lens cracked so I removed the glass lenses and hung odd vintage items from the frames.
An old key, an old button, a lost dolls arm, glass bead and a small watch face.
I combined this on a chunk brass chain with unusual uneven beads.

This piece is currently in an art exhibition in the UK and will be available after October.

I found this tiny musical cylinder in a local toy shop and really wanted to do something with it. I put it into a tin box for your enjoyment and intrigue! It really plays a tune.

I have created an area for mementos and keepsakes above the musical cylinder. Crank the handle and it plays Beethoven Fur elise, clear and loud.
Decorated with brass stampings and chrome coloured skull. High quality and sturdy. The tin has been left un-treated to rust and tarnish with age.

Out of the Toy Box.....

My friend dug up this weird old porcelain doll with missing arms and legs in her garden. I just had to incorporate it with these unusual blue/white floral and animal ceramic beads to make a necklace.
To decorate its aged pale porcelain body I dangled an old tarnished watch face, a decorative floral finding and deep blue glass bead.
All strung on a big link silver color chain and huge clasp for an outlandish effect.
