The Faerie Coronaria is depicted on the box looking slying at the viewer and holding a mirror to view where she has been. This faerie is much like Epimetheis of greek myths, for she can only see where she has been and results of her actions. She comes from the Realm of Faerie and visits mortals perhaps to awaken us to be aware...

Coronaria is decorates this 4 inch x 6 inch x 3 inch box in my signature "wrap around" design.

Glow in the dark paint has been applied to her Promethea moth-stylized wings and glitter glue was applied to her jewelry and wings. The box was spray with a light coat of spray enamel.

This style box is often refered to at my studio as the "Faerie Tarot" box as it fits most standard tarot decks and playing cards, but Coronaria awaits whatever you choose to put inside.

Chrysanthemum Fairy

The guardian fairy of the Chrysanthemum flowers is depicted on the box looking at the viewer with her butterfly friend resting on her fingertips.

Chrysanthemum fairy and her flowers that she protects and cares for decorates this 4 inch x 6 inch x 3 inch box in my signature "wrap around" design.

Glow in the dark paint has been applied to her wings and glitter glue was applied to her flowers, make-up, jewelry and wings. The box was spray with a light coat of spray enamel.

Note: She is the companion piece to the Guardian of the Orchid Narcissus. The two fairies face each other when placed side by side.

Episcia Fairy purse

The Episcia-fire and ice flower fairy looks at the viewer from her little windows to our world surrounded by the flowers that she guards and cares for on this wooden purse.

This one of a kind wooden purse is roughly 5 inch x 6 inch x 2 inch. It is hinged and has a metal clasp closure. The handle of the purse is very delicate and made of what resembles bamboo. The design on the purse is done in my signature "wrap around" design.

Glow in the dark paint has been applied to the fairies' wings and glitter glue was applied to the central circle on each side, flowers, make-up, jewelry and wings. The box was spray with a light coat of spray enamel.

Guardian of the Orchid Narcissus

The guardian fairy of the Orchid Narcissus flowers- also known as the Thalia Daffodil- is depicted on the box looking at the viewer from amongst the flowers he cares for and protects.

The design of the Darning Needle Guardian fairy decorates this box in my "signature wrap around" design. This piece was desinged in 2007 and time has caused the wood to develop a "honey" tone.

This is one item from the "Notes of Faerie" series and is called "Magpie's Inky Cap". The circle behind the mushrooms is decorated with a glitter paint.

This small 3 1/2 inch x 3 1/2 item contains a starter set of 10 pieces of blank paper and is held together by a white tie on the top..

It is a great little note book to throw in a purse or backpack. When you run out of paper you can easily cut some to size, punch to holes in them and refill the pad.

The outside panels of the notebook have been lightly sprayed with a spray enamel.

Soap Tub

This vintage soap dish is 2 1/2inches x 4 inches x 2 inches and was fashioned to resemble a claw foot tub.

It was fashioned out of a porcelin clay but was double fired, so it has a "raw" appearance. The glaze is black and green.

I fashioned this soap dish in 1986 and I would like it to find a good home.

The plastic pot scrubber in the photo will not be included as I put that in the dish to give idea of size(as with the quarter). If you are interested in a scrubber to be included, contact me and I may have a few in the studio that you can choose from.

The box is decorated with 2 nereids, sea nymphs from greek mythology. The design wraps around the box, which is one of my "signature style elements".

The jewelry and tail of the nereids have been painted with a glitter glue to give the effects of scales or jewels. Household enamel has been sprayed on the box to seal the design.
