This listing is for ONE bar of lovely-smelling, gentle, pure, handmade goat's milk soap in Cinnamon Swirl! This soap has a fresh, clear spicy cinnamon fragrance. and is lightly exfoliant.

This bar is hand cut, approx. 3 to 3.5 oz. It contains cinnamon leaf and orange essential oils and ground cinnamon, which gently exfoliates. It contains NO colorant.

Our soaps have always been made with olive oil, coconut oil, palm kernel oil, NaOH as a saponifier (this turns the oils into soap), herbs or spices, fragrance or essential oils. However, now we have formulated new soaps, with Cottonseed and Sunflower oils in addition to the others. The soap is just as wonderful, but much more cost-effective (saving YOU money!).

Handmade, cold-process soaps contain naturally-occurring glycerin, making them very kind to skin! Because glycerin is a moisture attractant, these soaps should be set in a soap saver or in a soap dish that drains. If left in a puddle, they will wick up water, which will waste the lovely soap! This listing is for ONE bar of GREAT smelling, gentle, pure, handmade goat's milk soap in Cedarmint Scrub! This is one of our most popular soaps; MEN LOVE THIS ONE! It sells almost as fast as we can make it!

It has earthy Cedarwood Virginia oil, peppermint oil, sage herb (a good astringent), and cornmeal for scrubbing power! This bar is hand cut, approx. 3.5 to 4 oz.

The soap bars are hand cut, approx. 3 to 3.5 oz. One bar is RicoSafari. It was a special request fragrance from a man named Rico that I worked with... he wanted handmade soap that smelled like Ralph Lauren's Safari cologne!

The second bar is Cedarmint, an amazing scrubbing soap with Cedarwood and Peppermint essential oils, sage herb and cornmeal. It is our best-sellig soap ever.

The cloth has been hand-knit from soft 100% cotton yarn in a tan, brown, and blue colorway. It is knit in a "woven" square pattern and has a loop at one corner for hanging up. Basket also includes in interesting shell.

This listing is for ONE bar of unscented, gentle, pure, handmade soap: Grumpy's Back Porch Lard 'n' Lye.

This bar is hand cut, approx. 3 to 3.5 oz. It contains only three ingredients: pure lard, lye (this turns the fats into soap) and water.

In the past several years, popular opinion has been that "vegan" or vegetable-oil-only soaps are somehow "better." The truth is that pure lard makes a wonderful, hard white soap, with a rich, skin-softening, creamy lather. And unlike store-bought soaps with beef tallow in them (check the labels! They will say, "Sodium Tallowate"), lard does not contribute to eczema or acne.

Please note: we buy this lard. We do not render it ourselves, nor do we have a local source of clean, fresh, rendered lard. The food packager does add trace amounts of citric acid (a natural substance) and BHA as preservatives.

Handmade, cold-process soaps (even this one) contain naturally-occurring glycerin, making them very kind to skin! Because glycerin is a moisture attractant, these soaps should be set in a soap saver or in a soap dish that drains. If left in a puddle, they will wick up water, which will waste the lovely soap! Please use them with a soap-saver.

Our family has used only our soap exclusively for over 10 years. We have given each baby its first bath in it! My wife used to have eczema very badly but haven't had an outbreak in all that time... and her skin is in better condition (and softer!) now than it was when we married 25 years ago!

Here in the Smoky Mountains of East Tennessee, the mist rises from the tall trees, and wild roses grow in the deep forest. This scent reminds us of those roses... light, sweet, and simple.

This bar is hand cut, approx. 3.5 to 4 oz. It contains fragrance oil. This soap was colored through the use of Madder Root herb... it is strained out of the solution, leaving its pale peachy-pink color. Though please note: these bars may contain an occasional small bit of the herb.
