This fabric is fantastic. It's two shades of gray with streaks of gray and black running through it. Just awesome!

The back of the pillows has been done in black. The square pillows are approximately 11 inches square and the rectangular pillow is approximately 11 X 15. They will look fabulous grouped together in the corner of the couch or as the centerpiece of the sofa. They will fit nicely into the big easy chair as well. I could even see them grouped on the bed. So much you can do with them.

The pillows have been gently stuffed with a non-allergenic, polyester fiberfill. They are soft and squishy! Perfect for hugging while watching that favorite movie!

I have such a love of earthtones and this brooch is another one of my favorites. The colors are just so wonderful.

The brooch has three layers. The back layer of brown wool has been cut to resemble a flower. The center and top layers are round, but gathered. All three layers have blanket stitching around the edges.

I've added two moss green leaves off the side and a fabulous vintage button in the center. The button is a brown flower with a reddish brown bead in the center.

The edges of the tile were lightly sanded to remove roughness, but still retain their natural tile look.I painted the edges black to give the coasters a very finished look.

This amazing ivory wool brooch is one of a kind. The focal point is a gorgeous blue gemstone surrounded by rhinestones with a silver setting. I was given a basket of older jewelry and this piece was part of it. It was a pendant/pin that didn't have a chain.

I decided to use it to create this wonderful and very elegant brooch. I gathered a piece of ivory wool and attached the gemstone in the center. I took a second piece of ivory wool and surrounded the gathered piece with it and hand sewed the two together to create a very unique brooch.

The brooch measures approximately 3.5 inches across and the gemstone is 1.25 inch by 1 inch.

I can see this beautiful brooch on a winter coat, or on a wool scarf. What a lovely gift this would make for a special someone or for yourself!

I found these beautiful Mikasa fine china dishes at our local thrift store where I like to go to find interesting glass pieces to rework into something fun and really different. The plates are white with a slightly scalloped edge trimmed in gold. The square candlestick on the bottom was also from the resale shop. The one for the top was new.

This piece is one of a kind.

The bottom plate is 10.5 inches across and the top one is 7.5 inches. The bottom candlestick is heavy and really awesome! It's about 2.5 inches square and 3 inches tall. The top candlestick is 3 inches tall. The entire 2 tiered piece is approximately 7 inches tall.

I do recommend hand washing of this piece.

This is a wonderful bag for everyday use or for travel. When the soft cardboard insert and the wood handles are removed, this soft sider bag can be folded up and easily packed in a suitcase....or leave the wood handles in and just roll it up! The bag is a perfect size for books, clothing, diapers, groceries...just about anything you can think of.

This bag is made of a warm and wonderful brown floral print cotton fabric and lined with a darling coordinating cotton print. The outside of the bag has four 7 inch by 7 inch pockets....two on each side. The handles are 14 inch long wood dowels that fit snuggly into the straps of the bag, but can be removed for packing or laundering of the bag.

This is actually one of my favorite wine bags. Many wine bags you see are cute and sparkly and have a rather female look to them. I make lots of those....but this bag has a very manly look to it. Perfect for your boss, your neighbor, your friend or a male relative.

The fabric is a very warm and yummy brown, but it's also very soft and looks like snakeskin. I've taken a strip of the fabric and attached it to the neck. It can be wrapped around the neck and securely tied.

The bag is 15 inches tall and holds a standard 750 ml wine bottle.

If you are giving wine as a gift, there is no better way to wrap it than in a handmade wine bag. It's wrapping that will be reused over and over again!

Gorgeous Burnt Orange Octagon Cake Stand

I found this plate at an estate sale a while back. I don't know a lot about dishes, but this plate just caught my eye. This piece is one of a kind.

The background of the plate is an off white and the design is tan, a very deep burnt orange and black. The center of the plate has branches, leaves and flowers with a butterfly on one of the flowers. There are flowers around the outside and then what looks like a Grecian key design around the rim of the plate. The plate is fluted except for the very center. It is an amazing piece!

I've taken the plate and attached it to a nice 5 inch tall candlestick to create a useful and unique cake stand. The plate is 8 inches in diameter...a perfect size for small deserts, cupcakes, candy or it could even be used on a dresser or nightstand as a catchall for jewelry. I could even see it on an entryway table to be used for keys, wallets and spare change.

Whatever you use it for, it is a wonderfully decorative piece that will definitely draw attention!

I recommend hand washing for all of my cake stands.

This is a wonderful apron for not only fuller figure girls, but for tall girls or those who like a nice long apron. Great for the kitchen, the garden or to wear when cleaning up the house.

This is an awesome fabric! The background is a beautiful blue and then it is covered with flowers and leaves in a lighter shade of blue and ivory. The 26 inch neck tie has a "D" ring to hold the strap secure and the apron ties at the waist with nice 31 inch long ties.

Colorful Felt Brooch with Beaded Center

I tend to wear a lot of earth tones, but I have fallen in love with some pretty bright and cheerful colors lately. I created this one of a kind brooch using felt. The edges are pinked and the circles are gathered to create a flower like look.

The back layer is purple, the center is gold and the top is bright pink. I have added two moss green felt leaves off to the side.

The center of this brooch was made using a vintage earring. I was given a basket of old jewelry and most of the earrings didn't have a match. That was the case with this darling gold and green earring. It makes the perfect center for this brooch.

This brooch measures approximately 3.5 inches across.

The back of the brooch has a silver pin clasp.

All of my brooches come in a white gift box tied with ribbon.

Do kids still run around with hobby horses today? They sure were popular way back when....

Here is a darling little fabric hobby horse that will look wonderful hanging on your holiday tree or attached to a gift for that special someone.

This particular horse is made of a creamy beige fabric with different colored speckles on it. His ears and eyes are brown and his mane is a cream color. He has a brown ribbon bridle and reins and hangs by a piece of beige yarn.

He is 8.5 inches long including the dowel rod he is attached to and his ears. He is approximately 3 inches wide at his widest point.

When my kids were little we had a lot of these hanging on our tree in different colors....if you would like to order the hobby horse in a different color, just contact me. I will happy to make him in any color combination you like.

I would use this one for serving yummy brownies, cookies or any kind of little dessert bar! I could also see it filled with wonderful cheeses and some tasty crackers! The possibilities are endless!

I bought the set of dishes that this plate comes from at a wonderful flea market years ago. It is full of charm. The plate is 11 inches wide and is white with a beautiful rose in the middle. The outer edge is a light green with a "chain" of roses and leaves. The candlestick is a new one I purchased specifically for this plate. I love the way they look together. The plate and candlestick together are about 6.5 inches tall.

I do not recommend the oven, microwave or dishwasher for this piece. I definitely recommend hand washing.

Wouldn't you love to give this a try? It's called slacklining. All you do is tie nylon webbing between two trees and walk across it. Sounds easy doesn't it? The photographer told me it's great exercise. I think I'll stick to yoga!

What do you get when you take a fantastic looking old plate and attach it to a great candlestick? You get one of the cutest, most unique and useful serving pieces you've ever seen! What an amazing conversation piece!

I would use this one for serving yummy brownies, cookies or any kind of little dessert bar! I could also see it filled with wonderful cheeses and some tasty crackers! The possibilities are endless.

The color and the design of this plate are fabulous. I found it at our local thrift store where I like to go to find interesting glass pieces to rework into something fun and really different. This particular candlestick is new.

This piece is one of a kind.

The plate is 10 inches across and is a bright blue and a really bright yellow with a wonderful design. The candlestick is heavy and I love the shape! The base of it is about 3.5 inches across and it is 5.5 inches tall. The plate and candlestick together are about 6.5 inches tall.

The plate says on the bottom that it is not for oven, microwave or dishwasher. I definitely recommend hand washing of this piece.

The plate will be mailed USPS. It will be bubble wrapped and boxed using packing peanuts so it arrives safely at your home.

This is one of my favorite cake stands because the plate is absolutely amazing! It is one of a kind. It's made from an older plate that I purchased at an estate sale a number of years ago. The plate is an off white with a pretty little grouping of spring flowers in the middle...tulips, daffodils and hyacinth...in reds, yellows, blues and greens.

I really don't know much about plates, I just buy ones that catch my eye. The gold design around the outer edge of this plate is what drew me to it. It is so detailed and just so beautiful. The gold is slightly worn in some areas giving the plate it's character.

The plate measures 10 inches in diameter. I selected a 7.75 inch tall candlestick to attach it to, giving it a wonderful amount of high. I think it really adds to the elegance of the piece. It measures 8.5 inches tall.

This piece could be used for a cake, any desserts, candy, muffins...just about any wonderful treat you would like to put on it.

Here is the cutest pillow! I have taken a yellow linen-like fabric and made a rectangular pillow that measures approximately 8 by 18 inches. Then I took an awesome yellow seersucker fabric and made a little cover that the pillow slides right into. The cover is open at both ends and has long ties so you can tie it and leave the ends hanging for a fantastic look!

The pillow really has that crisp, clean "cottage" look and would look fabulous in whatever kind of "cottage" you live in!

I absolutely love this fabric! I knew as soon as I saw it that I had to make a pillow out of it. The fabric is a nice medium weight and the background is a light creamy beige color with darker shaded areas. The floral pattern is an awesome cranberry shade. The back is done in a solid cranberry.

The pillow has been gently stuffed with polyester fiberfill that is non-allergenic and will not bunch. It is 16" wide at the corners and 14 inches across the center.

Little Wooden Sled Ornament or Gift Tag

Are you old enough to remember when sleds looked like this? I am! I made my first little wooden sled like this back in 1984 for my own children.

This little sled is made out of craft sticks. They are cut, sanded and glued together to create a darling replica of the old sleds. The front stick that was used for steering has 2 holes drilled into it to tie on the rope that we would hang onto for dear life as we zoomed down the hill!

This listing is for one plain, unpainted sled. The sled measures approximately 4.75 inches by 3 inches at it's widest point.

These plain sleds would be cute to hang just as they are on your holiday tree, or would be great fun for kids to paint and decorate to suit their own personalities.

This is an awesome wine bag. I've taken a great fabric that has a black background and is covered with red, green and white packages with darling bows all over it and created a wine bag with a strap handle. On the sides I have attached big bold red buttons. It is just so cute!

Green Plaid Ceramic Tile Coasters Set of Four

These fun ceramic tile coasters will look amazing on your coffee and end tables!

Made of 4.25 X 4.25 white ceramic tiles, these coasters will serve you well. I have attached a wonderful green plaid paper to the tile using Mod Podge, sealed the paper using the same and then sealed it again with numerous coats of clear acrylic so it stands up to everyday use. The back is covered with cork to prevent slipping and to protect your furniture.

The edges of the tile were lightly sanded to remove roughness, but still retain their natural tile look.

Your coasters will arrive with a band of cardstock around them and will be tied with raffia or ribbon. They will be packaged in a great little kraft box filled with tissue paper...ready for gift giving or as a great gift for you! The color of the tissue will vary. Design placement will vary.

Wipe clean with a damp cloth. Do not submerge in water. Not dishwasher safe.

Holiday Colors Felt Brooch with Rhinestone Center

I created this brooch using felt. The edges are pinked and the circles are gathered to create a flower like look.

The back layer is red, the center is white and the top is green. It has a wonderful holiday feel to it! I have added two green felt leaves off to the side.

The center of this brooch was made using an old earring. I was given a basket of older jewelry and most of the earrings didn't have matches. I knew I would find a great way to use them....and I did. This center is a sparkling rhinestone surrounded by lots of tiny rhinestones. So pretty.

Pin a little holiday cheer to your coat!

This brooch measures approximately 3.5 inches across.

The back of the brooch has a silver pin clasp.

All of my brooches come in a white gift box tied with ribbon.

Secret Sentiments cards show off a beautiful photo, paper and ribbon. The secret is that when you slide the ribbon adorned paper up or over, it reveals a blank section of cardstock where you can write your own personal sentiments! So cool!

Here is an awesome beach scene...the color of the water and the sky are fantastic! The white cardstock, sand colored paper and brown ribbon complete the ensemble.

These unique cards are made by attaching a real photo to a 5 X 7 piece of cardstock. A piece of coordinating or contrasting paper is wrapped around the cardstock and ribbon is added. The paper is just loose enough that it can slide easily up and down the cardstock or side to side in this case. Slide the paper up or over and write your personal message. Slide it down or back and it's covered.
