This super-soft organic cotton hat will be adorable on your little guy! It is crocheted from 100% organic cotton yarn.*

The size is an approximation based on common head sizes. The circumference is about 18”, but because of the design, the hat can stretch to fit over a bigger head and would stay on a slightly smaller head. Measure your child's head to be sure this is a good fit, or buy young and know he'll grow into it. ;-)

Please check out the matching shoes I also have listed on Etsy (pictured, but not included in this sale). I know the sizes are a little off, but this may fit a one-year-old, even if loosely, and the shoes may fit for quite a while, too.

Cotton yarn is very strong and durable, and will hold up for years. Use this cloth in the bath or the kitchen. It is much softer on the skin than terry cloth, but still has great scrubbing and exfoliating power. Gentle enough for baby too!

These cloths are also very easy to care for. They are machine washable and dryable. When dried in the dryer, they will come out more fluffy-looking. If you like a smoother look, let it dry flat. Either way, once they are wet the fluffiness goes away. Because they are 100% cotton, they may shrink a bit.

* If you have ever used cotton dishcloths, you might have experienced "the stinkies". That's because washing in the washing machine will not completely remove all the bacteria. I recommend washing your dishcloth in the dishwasher. The high heat destroys the bacteria and they always smell fresh and clean. If you don't have a dishwasher, you can also zap them in the microwave for 15-30 seconds, or boil them for a few minutes. If you do this, please BE CAREFUL - they will be HOT!
