Basil pesto was to strong of a flavor for me and cilantro has milder flavor than the basil. I also love it, so I thought why not try it as a pesto!! It is made from aromatic cilantro, fresh garlic, red pepper flakes for a little kick, lemon and zest for a little tartness, parmagiano reggiano, pine nuts and olive oil.

It comes in an 8 oz plastic container, it shelf life is 5 days.

This is more than just a dip, the other day I made some elbow pasta once I drained it and put it back in the pan I added some of the pesto and then some sliced grilled chicken, topped it off with some parm and Walla a quick and simple dinner!! It’s also great with scallops, and fish!!

Also if you are trying to watch your calories, instead of the olive oil I can use chicken stock to reduce some of the calorie count. I have done it both ways and it still comes out tasting great!!

Size:4.55 x 1.8"
Weight: 8 oz
Number of 7 oz ice packs used in shipping: 1

It is made with green tomatillos, fresh garlic, pablano peppers, Anaheim peppers, jalapeño’s, chipotle powder, lemon juice, red pepper flakes, cumin, black pepper, kosher salt. The peppers are roasted to give the sauce a slight smoky flavor. I try to keep it on the medium side, if you would prefer a hotter sauce let me know and I will “kick it up a notch”.

This sauce is great for enchiladas or if those aren’t your thing you can use it to make a yummy green chili burro! All you need is a crock pot, a pork shoulder, and some tortillas and of course my sauce!!!
This comes in a 32oz container, and like the majority of my other items is not made with preservatives!

Thanks for looking!! =)

Size: 4.55 x 5.55"
Weight: 2 lbs
Number of 7 oz ice packs used in shipping: 5

The tortillas come from the local farmers market, they are red corn, yellow corn, and blue corn tortillas. I cut them by hand and then lightly fry them in penaut oil and top them with my Baja spice mixture.

These are the chips I use when I sample my dips at the farmers market, I was suprised to find that people liked the chips as much as the dips. I had to start bagging the chips up for people!!

6oz Take Out box

The name maybe simple but the flavor is not. The red sauce is rich with a spicy smoky flavor. It is made from fresh tomatoes, jalapenos, and garlic. A pork shoulder is cubed into bite sized pieces and then seared in a hot pan, the meat then simmers in the red sauce for 30 minutes on low until it thickens up. It can be eaten as a main dish served with rice and beans, or it makes one hell of a burrito!!

It is available in a 32 or 64 oz size. The 32 oz size should feed about 2-3 people and the 64 oz size will feed 3-4 at least.

Nutrional INFO (approximate)
Servings: For Container
Calories: 526
Total Fat: 4g
Dietary Fiber: 22g
Protien:20g

Weight Watchers point (is an estimate): 10 points for container

Size: 4.55 x 5.55"
Weight: 2lbs
Number of 7 oz ice packs used in shipping: 5

The name maybe simple but the flavor is not. The red sauce is rich with a spicy smoky flavor. It is made from fresh tomatoes, jalapenos, and garlic. A pork shoulder is cubed into bite sized pieces and then seared in a hot pan, the meat then simmers in the red sauce for 30 minutes on low until it thickens up.

This comes with a 16oz portion of the Carne De Puerco and a side of rice and beans (8oz). It's ready to be poped into the microwave and then viola a yummy mexican meal!!

Well I have your answer!!!! My Roasted Garlic and Bacon Twice Baked Potatoes!!! The inner portion of the potatoes is as creamy as any mashed potatoes.

These potatoes are made by taking the center out of large Russet potatoes and then adding cream, butter, a little bit of chicken stock, kosher salt, roasted garlic and black pepper. I basically make mash potatoes and then once everything is mashed I fold in some crisp bacon. Then the mixture is stuffed into the Russet potato again and topped with Colby jack and Cheddar cheese!! They then take a trip back into the over for 10-15 minutes!! Garnish with some sour cream and chives and you have one damn good potato!!!!
These potatoes come in packages of 2 and 4 .

As with all my yummy treats re-heating instructions will be provided, you will actually be doing the final bake on these little beauties so they will come out fresh and tasty from your oven!!

It will be shipped to you frozed with re-heating instructions.

Size: Top Dimensions: 6 1/2"
Height: 4 3/8 "
Bottom Dimensions: 5 5/8"

Weight: 4lbs
Number of 7 oz ice packs used in shipping: 9

Pasta E Fagioli 32 oz

$25.00
Pasta E Fagioli it is a hearty Italian soup that is made with ground meat, kidney beans, the holy trinity of cooking which is onions, celery and carrots, and tomato and of course pasta! It has a slightly spice rich broth that will definitely warm you up on a cold night. This soup is made completely from scratch; in order to cut down on the calories I have substituted ground turkey instead of the typical ground beef.

Of course if you want it the traditional way with the ground beef just let me know and I can make it that way!!
You are purchasing a 32 oz container of the soup which will feed 2-4 depending on your bowl size!! 32oz is the bigger container in the final picture.

Thanks for looking!!

It is made with roasted red bell peppers that have been blended into the garbanzo beans. It has a slight kick from the red pepper flakes and fresh garlic and then a little tart finish from the vinegar. Unlike some of your humus that you will find this one also has chunks of the roasted red bell peppers folded into it.

It comes in a 8 oz plastic container, and it has a shelf life of 7 days. Like my other items this is all natural it has no preservatives. The red bell peppers come from the local farmers market here in az.

Size:4.55 x 1.8"
Weight: 8 oz
Number of 7 oz ice packs used in shipping: 1

PLEASE READ NEW SHIPPING POLICES BEFORE ORDER, THEY ARE IN EFFECT AS OF 12/17/08: http://www.etsy.com/shop_policy.php?user_id=6090943
