The bracelet is classic. Nice, simple, soothing colors. Neutral. Goes with everything. Add in the cool knotting pattern of intertwining loops or overlapping circles or whatever you want to call it (I think sometimes it's called a fishbone pattern in macrame), anyway, add in the cool pattern and it's NOT boring.

Made with a medium gray (or grey - your preference) and white delicas, black #6 seed beads and gray (again, call it grey if you like) C-lon cord.

Bracelet is 6.75" to the end of the silver tone lobster clasp. Let me know if you need it a bit larger and I can add a length of chain links on the end.

For some reason this bracelet reminds me of a fuzzy caterpillar. Go figure.

It's fun to think about where it might have been and how it might have gotten there, but now I've given it new life as the centerpiece of this pretty micro-macrame bracelet. Every once in a while I like to take on something different: this time I've done a bead embroidered cuff.

I used malachite cabochons and several different colors of green seed beads in an original design with three central oval shapes. Every tiny bead in this whole design was sewn in place by hand - you don't WANT to know how many hours it took:)

I lined the inside of the cuff in soft black ultrasuede.

Cuff is 1.5" wide and 6" long and has a metal cuff form inside so it's adjustable to fit almost any wrist.

The beads in these earrings are called Matte Raku Plum/Blue Iris and they are just beautiful. I used purple cord to tie them up into these pretty little dangling earrings.

Sometimes the only reason that comes to mind is "just because". That's why I made this bracelet. Just because. It's fall, I like the central button (it's sparkly candy corn, for crying out loud - who can resist THAT!), and I made it just because. Now that we've cleared that up...

Doing a little research on turqouise, I found it described as refreshing and sophisticated. A mix of blue and green, turquoise has a sweet feminine feel while the darker teal shades add lively sophistication. Shades of turquoise have the same calming effects of blue and green and this in-between color represents water, thus the names aqua and aquamarine. Hmmm... deep thoughts, huh! And I just thought I liked it because it was a pretty color.
