I take extra large Crispin apples (sweet and juicy) for these treats.

Each apple is then hand dipped in homemade caramel. Then they are chilled.

Chocolate Pecan Pie is one of my favorite holiday desserts and I decided to create a chocolate bark in its honor!

Homemade caramel is mixed into tempered Belgian dark chocolate and then the mixture is poured over a layer of organic pecans. More organic pecans are layered on top and then homemade caramel is drizzled over the top.

The chocolate mixture is poured in to a large pan and chilled. Once chilled I break the candy into smaller, bite-sized pieces and package it by weight.

I love dried apricots dipped into chocolate, with this luscious treat I decided to take that a step further and add nuts! Sweet and Salty - you cannot go wrong!

This slice of heaven is a combination of organic salted cashews, Belgian chocolate, and homemade caramel.

I cover a 1/4 cup of organic cashews with handmade caramel, and Belgian chocolate and top it off with a single cashew for decoration.

Each cluster weighs approximately 1/4 lb.

This listing is for one dozen (12) - 1/4 lb. clusters.

Each cluster comes individually packaged in a food grade cello bag and affixed with a "Nicole's Homemade Treats" label.

Belgian Dark and White Chocolate with Walnuts - Great for Parties - Gift Giving - Snacking

This colorful candy is a combination of Belgian Dark chocolate, Belgian White chocolate, colored orange and walnuts!

I combine walnuts and dark chocolate, then spread it in a large pan. Then, I drop spoonfuls of the orange colored white chocolate on top and swirl it around to achieve the marbled effect. It is garnished with walnuts and then chilled to form.

Once chilled, the harvest bark is broken into smaller, bite-sized pieces and packaged by weight.

This listing is for a 1/2 pound package.
