Are you smitten? The dimensions of this bag are 18" along the top, 14" along the bottom, 12" height, 4" width and the handles are 21.5" long with a 10" drop-length.

The body of the bag is soft caramel colored corduroy and features a hand appliquéd design and “smitten” in stylized type. A yellow sun peeks out behind a pink and light blue trimmed cloud. A red arrow points with a delicate green dotted line that winds it's way to the word "smitten". The back contains a 6" zippered pocket and the inside liner fabric is bright yellow cotton. The handles are dark brown corduroy with a green pinstriped accent strip. The top is neatly finished with a zippered closure. This is a very sturdy bag perfect for carrying books, groceries and would be especially fit for taking on a weekend trip. Thank you for looking!

Technical information: This bag is approximately 12” length at the top and 14” length at the bottom. The width is 4” with 9” height. The handles are 22” in length with a 10” drop length. The front bears a faux-pocket with a hidden zipper for the real pocket at the top of the flap. There are 2 zippered pockets: one that is semi-hidden on the front and one on the inside, both of which can be seen in the photos. There is an open pocket on the back of the bag, also seen in the photos. The back and front are accented with pleated panels of red cotton fabric leading into the red handles. The front button mirrors the windows on the house fronts seen on the printed cotton. The top of the bag has a magnetic closure secured onto a 1.5” width flap. The bottom of the bag is reinforced to maintain the shape of the bag. The red cotton trimming seen on either side of the bag is handsewn (not by sewing machine) with no visible stitching.

Other information: I put a great amount of thought and care into each of my designs. This bag was inspired solely by the printed red/off-white fabric portraying a stylized image of house fronts. The color combination reminds me of how beautiful the world looks under the yellowish tint of a summer evening. I try to make my bags as sturdy as possible with lots of reinforced seams and backing. I really dislike the prospect of buying something special but having to be careful using it. Thank you for looking!
