My ORGANIC hand rolled beeswax candles are perfect as decor, gifts, any sort of ritual, etc! They have a simple and beautifully natural look and are wonderfully sweet smelling with the natural scent of beeswax! Made with 100% natural organic dye free bee's wax and 100% natural organic cotton lead free wicks. That means when you burn these candles there is ZERO pollution or bad chemicals that you are releasing into the air and your home! They burn 100% clean and smoke/soot free. Beeswax has been used for candles for centuries, try it yourself and find out why! Modern candles are full of 'fragrance oils' and many people (including myself) are very allergic to these oils. Beeswax candles are hypoallergenic! Modern candles also almost always use wicks that have lead in them, lead that gets released into the air for you and your family to breath... ewww no thanks! I do not add ANYTHING to my candles... they are just organic beeswax and organic cotton wicks! Pure, simple and good!

When I burn them I feel like I am transported back into time! I love it! Each burns for 3-4 hours in a draft free area.

I am at heart an earthy, geeky girl and this ring encompasses my personality perfectly, and probably yours too if you've clicked on this link! I love Nature and being close to the Earth and getting my feet into the soil, but I'm also feminine and I love history.

I've placed an ancient Ammonite fossil on a filigree that I've wrapped into a ring. The juxtaposition of the earthy Ammonite spiral and the Victorian filigree ring is very pleasing. This ring is open in the back fully adjustable from sizes 6-9. The filigree metal is solid and sturdy but flexible enough for you to be able to adjust it to fit your finger perfectly. These Ammonites that I am working with are over 180 million years old and come from Madagascar.

I hand select the Ammonites from a local rock, gem and fossil store for my work and each one is of exquisite quality and amber tones. Ammonites are an ancient creature so no two are exactly alike. In the last photo I've included two rings to show the range of colors and sizes that I use, they are all quite similar but have slight variations. PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS LISTING IS FOR ONE RING ONLY, the photo is to demonstrate the color and shape variances.

About Ammonites:

The closest living relative of the Ammonitida, is not the modern Nautilus which they somewhat outwardly resemble, but rather the subclass Coleoidea (octopus, squid, and cuttlefish).

In medieval Europe, fossilised ammonites were thought to be petrified snakes, and were called "snakestones" or, more commonly in medieval England, "serpentstones".
