Yes, this is the turtleneck of the sweater - now you get the idea of fit.

You can wear it as a neckwarmer, or a headband / earwarmer.

They look great as a "dickie" (i.e. just the turtleneck showing under a fleece or other t-neck sweater.

Or, wear them with a v-neck and show some peek-a-boo cleavage!

And they look great layered (and they are thin enough that there isn't a lot of bulk around your neck)!

the 3rd photo shows a 62 1/2" x 4 1/2" scarf on a model to give you an idea of the size

all sweaters are 2nd hand and were washed in a washing machine on normal cycle with warm water and dried in a dryer on normal cycle before reconstruction.

I suggest hand wash and air dry for the scarves. Scarves can be ironed with a steam iron on wool setting.
