This little spiral-bound book is approximately 4 inches square. It is comprised of 33 sheets (66 pages) of blank white cardstock, and two black pocket pages with a distressed cream-colored tab. The front cover features a page from a vintage Italian textbook with natural aging and additional ink distressing. An original photo of one of the fountains in Saint Peter’s Square (Vatican) is layered on black cardstock which has been distressed on the edges. A black satin ribbon adds the final touch of elegance to the book.

Our Commonplace Books are the perfect place to collect thoughts, clippings, quotations, lists, sketches, etc. A variety of papers make up the 60 pages of the notebook - from lined notebook paper to cardstock, and kraft-colored drawing paper. Three cardstock pages have tabs, separating the book into four sections.

The front cover features a poem by Tennyson from a vintage poetry book with natural aging and additional ink distressing. The poem on the page is entitled "Winter" and begins "The frost is here, and fuel is dear," A vintage family photo of children sledding behind their horse (also from the 1920s) is framed in black edged with sparkly silver German glass glitter.* The aqua blue mottled background is accented by a strip of coordinating polka dot paper(paper by K&Co.) and a silvery star button.

This book is perfect for anyone who loves books and lists, hostess gifts, winter festivities and is ideal for poetry enthusiasts, horse lovers, old west collectors, etc.

Ho Ho Howdy Cowboy Santa Christmas Greeting Cards

A touch of western charm for the holidays, this set is for four cards measuring 4.25 x 5.5” (approx 10.75 x 14 cm) each with envelopes. On the front of the cards is a print of my original design* - Cowboy Santa. The text on the front reads “Ho Ho Howdy.” The kraft colored card stock is hand-stamped with snowflakes and polka dots, torn and then distressed with walnut ink. Inside the cards is a blank white rectangle with a peek-a-boo snowflake, ready for you to add your sentiments.

Please note that as each card is hand-stamped, distressed and torn, there are small variations that make each card just a little unique.

The card set makes a perfect gift for holiday hostesses, friends, gift exchanges, or even teachers! Individually, the cards add a special little touch either on their own, or with a holiday gift.

The second set in our Bella Italia series, you'll find a little taste of Italy on these 3 x 3 inch cards. A simple black background frames each of the 12 images from Italy taken in Torino (Turin), Aosta, Fenis, Aqui Terme, Milano, Pisa, and Cinque Terre. Each card has a blank white square lining inside to make it easy to add your sentiments and comes with a blank white envelope.

The cards are tied together in a black satin ribbon, making an elegant gift for hostesses, special occasions or just because.

An Italian Castle

This little spiral-bound book is approximately 4 inches square. It is comprised of 33 sheets (66 pages) of blank white cardstock, and two black pocket pages with a distressed cream-colored tab. The front cover features a page from a vintage Italian textbook with natural aging and additional ink distressing. An original photo of the Castello Sfortzesco of Milan is layered on black cardstock which has been distressed on the edges. A black satin ribbon adds the final touch of elegance to the book.

This book is perfect for anyone who loves castles, Italy or medieval times, and is also great for travelers, teachers, students, linguists, historians and nostalgics. The blank pages make it an ideal notebook, journal, scrapbook album or drawing book.

Happy Thought Indeed - Mini Accordian Album with Mossy Terra Cotta Flower Pots

This mini accordion book is approximately 3 inches square. It is uniquely designed with two front covers – just flip the book over and open from the other side to access the back side of the pages – two books in one! You can also open both sides at once and the entire book can be stretched out accordian-style to showcase all of the pages at once.

One cover features a print of a photo of an old mossy terra cotta flowerpot taken in the Italian countryside. A tea-stained muslin yo-yo blossom with a vintage metal button center grows from the little flower pot. To the side is a favorite little quotation from Pride and Prejudice (Jane Austen) "Happy Thought Indeed!" When opened from this side you will find sixteen pages, two with fold down pockets and two (both sides of one sheet) which access one little blank tag, all heavily distressed with walnut colored ink.

The other cover features another photo from the same garden, featuring three mossy terra cotta pots arranged on a snippet from a vintage book. On top is the word "Joy" from a little piece of music. A flower button and organza ribbon closure fastens this side of the book, and when opened from this side you will find eight ink-distressed pages.

This book makes a beautiful little gift, or treasure it yourself! Perfect for collecting favorite sayings. . . or fill it with little photos and notes and stash it in your handbag or display it on your desk.

The Old Atlas Gift Tags

This set of six square, scalloped gift tags feature bits of a reprint of an old map of Europe from a vintage 1930s atlas. Each square measures just under 2 inches. The edges of the tags are hand-distressed with inks. An extra-long cotton string tie back makes it easy to attach the tags to your packages, jars, etc.

A lovely embellishment for gifts with a bit of distinction, for travellers, teachers, etc., they're also a great addition to a scrapbook page or journal.

Because these tags are hand cut and inked, the inking of each tag may vary slightly from the photos shown here.

Our Commonplace Books are the perfect place to collect thoughts, clippings, quotations, lists, sketches, etc. A variety of papers make up the 60 pages of the notebook - from lined notebook paper to cardstock, and kraft-colored drawing paper. Three cardstock pages have tabs, separating the book into four sections.
