FAQs

What type photograph can I send?
You may email digital photographs. We prefer that your digital image be sent prior to any editing or cropping. Ideally it should come directly from your printer or scanner. We only accept high resolution photos (please contact me if you have questions about your photo). You should be able to adjust the settings on your camera to the highest resolution. Camera phone photos are NOT high resolution, so please do not send them as the quality will be poor!

What about professional photographs?
We accept professional photographs ONLY if we have a signed release. Please contact your photographer prior to ordering as this will delay your order. Purchasing a CD of images does not automatically give you a release unless it is included on your CD.

Can you edit my photographs?
Yes! We will automatically make minor corrections including cropping, color enhancement, and blemish removal. Most common photo problems can be fixed; however, some things are difficult to repair like exposure and blurry photos. In addition, we can convert your photos to black & white or sepia as well.

What kind of paper do you use?
Photo cards are professionally printed on Kodak Endura photo paper.

When will I receive a proof?
You will receive a low resolution proof of your photo card within 2 business days.

Can I make changes to my proof?
Yes! Just contact us with the edits and we'll make the corrections for you!

When and how will my order ship?
Once we receive payment, we will submit your order to the printer. Your prints will be drop shipped to you from our printer. You should receive your order in about a week from the date you place it. Standard shipping is $6.00 via UPS. If you'd like to rush your order, we can send it overnight by UPS Next Day Air at our cost.

Are envelopes included?
Yes! You will receive white envelopes with your order.

For this I spy bag I used a beautiful blue flannel with hearts and flowers.

This 6" X 6" bag is filled with at least 40 tiny treasures. Your child will occupy himself for hours looking for them. This quiet toy is perfect for long car rides, airplane trips, waiting in long lines, the doctor's office, and more!

Each bag comes with a laminated card with the items listed. To find items, all your child must do is move around the little pellets to move the toys around. He/she will be delighted with all of the fun treasures he/she finds!

For an extra treat, I can have your child's name added inside the bag to find as well. Please just specify what the name is and I will create a special bag with the child's name in it!

All bags are securely sewn for durability. For your child's safety, I do not recommended these for children under the age of 3 as there are many small parts, which can become choking hazards.
