Fruit Fusion is kettle-dyed in shades of yellow, orange, pink and fuchsia, and everything in between. It is put up in our new BIG FOOT size skein, so there's approximately 500 yards/4.6 ounces of superwash sock/fingering-weight yarn. The blend is 75% wool and 25% nylon.

We've been successful in machine washing garments made from this yarn in cold water, cold rinse, gentle cycle with the garment in a lingerie bag. Even so, we recommend hand washing in cool water and a cool rinse (if a rinse is required), then drying flat.

Please remember, that even though multiple skeins are from the same dyelot, each skein is unique.

Where we live, we have two seasons, winter and road construction. Whenever we go someplace, it seems there is at least a short delay because of construction. Road Work celebrates that delay in shades of Department of Transportation green and asphalt. Harvest Horizon - Superwash Wool Roving - 5 oz.

Harvest Horizon is a braid of shades of sapphire blue, browns and golds. Each of these braids is a little over 5 oz. each.

We've been successful in machine-washing garments made from this fiber using the gentle or hand-wash cycle in cold water/cold rinse, with the garment in a lingerie bag, then drying flat. Even So, we do recommend hand washing in cool water and drying flat.

Even though there may be multiple braids from the same batch or dye lot, each braid is unique. For example, the golds are a bit lighter in one braid than the other. If you are purchasing just one braid, please let us know if you have a preference.
