Penelope, Penny to her friends, is alone in her PJs at her little apartment. Her plants, which she tends and loves, bloom nearby, beneath the light of a floor lamp. She is lonely and wondering when her life will begin. We've caught her just as she ripped open a pillow in a moment of frustration and yearning. Hence, the feathers.

This is an original one of a kind collage shadow box. Penny is an altered doll form with a clay face, blushed and handpainted by me. She wears cotton pink pajamas. Everything is firmly in place.

The box is made of oak and glass. It measures 8 inches wide and 5 and 3/4 inches tall.

This is my favorite art doll ever and a joy to make; I hope the buyer will get as much satisfaction.

These old movie magnets, accented with pearls and one with a Swarovski crystal, will take you back. Tucked inside a sheer white organza bag, each magnet measures 1 inch wide and 1 1/2 inches tall.

Blue Cameo Journal Sketchbook

This sketchbook journal is 6 1/4 in. tall, 4 1/2 in. wide. Real suede died rich blue graces the front and back in panels. A plastic cameo surrounded by pearl beads sets centerstage with a trio of real freshwater pearls sewn to the bookmark ribbon. A black elastic band keeps the journal of about 80 pages (not front and back) securely shut.

A black elastic pen holder is attached to the back cover. This is an altered sketchbook with cream colored pages perfect for pencil, pen, pastel, chalk, charcoal or watercolor pencil drawings. The cover beneath the suede is leatherette.

The coveted Ruby Slippers make perfect refrigerator art! One large and one small red crystal accent graces each magnet, and fine red glitter is lightly sprinkled where the light hits each slipper.

This set of two comes in a lovely ivory box finely cut to look like lace. The box was precut and assembled by me.

Buttons and Stars Journal Sketchbook

This is an altered sketchbook. Four round Swarovski crystal buttons of varying sizes, six Swarovski embellishment crystals and four tiny rhinestones glitter on a black canvas jacket. The book is 150 cream-colored pages of heavy, cold-pressed sketchpaper. A nylon black band holds the book closed, and there's even a spot to keep momentos in a plastic envelope attached to the back cover, as illustrated in the photos. The book's dimensions are 8 and a half inches tall, 5 and a half inches wide.

Vintage Watch Magnets - set of 3

These watch frames are circa-1980s. Embassy, LA Express and Acqua are the names on the watch faces. The hands are in place and movable on all three. They will be boxed in this ivory lazer-cut paper box filled with soft yarn to ensure the tiny parts will remain in perfect condition.

All three magnets measure approximately 3/4 in.

Molly May and her guardian angel Shadowbox

Molly May loves pink and loves to dance, but she's sad because she wants a best friend and feels like everything she does is wrong. But she has only to look behind her to see a guardian angel watching and smiling at her with a heart full of all that Molly May will accomplish and how happy she will be.

Molly May is an altered bendi doll painted with Permaopaque markers and has a Polymer clay face, painted with micah powder for sparkle and acrylic paint. Tailored clothes are securely placed. Her body itself is set in place with pearl pins. Acid free paper in the background also is held with pearl-topped pins. Mahogany wooden box has glass face. Her guardian angel is made of Polymer clay, tiny translucent marbles and hand painted with acrylic paint. Her wings are a bit of white boa.

The display box is 8 in. tall 6 in. wide and 2 1/2 in. deep.

Reminiscent of Dr. Suess, Mrs. Bloomsdepot is a no nonsense lady who strolls about in the ruffliest of garb, buttoned up her front and back with floral cane buttons made of clay. She stands 4 and a half inches tall and 3 inches at her widest. She's secured to a wooden base, signed and numbered by the artist.

Mrs. Bloomsdepot stays covered in flowers, in every spot.
No-nonsense, but kind Mrs.Bloomdsepot makes all her children tow a fine line.
There was Betsy and Klupin and Gnu, and her no-account husband Finnias Lou.
Dressed in robes of yellow and blue, Mrs. Bloomsdepot
knows all the gossip and news.
She buttons herself up, quite proper indeed, and strolls around town sowing sunflower seeds.
