The grey background is my favorite paint , Micaceous Iron Oxide by GOLDEN, which shimmers in the light. Very beautiful and striking!

this wall hanging is inspired by the oil painting and drawing series i've done that bears the same name- an exploration of loss, identity, the missing, the forgotten, the unseen, the untold... work that is near and dear to my heart.

the banner measures 5" x 86". it is entirely realized in the bastard stitch (afghan stitch), hand embroidered and backed in a second length of crochet. double-thick, it is super black, super warm, and super soft should you choose to wear your banner.

this work is offered as an extremely limited edition of 7 with one artist's proof (pictured). the work comes with a tag that specifies the edition number, year of make, and artist signature.

please allow 2 1/2 weeks for your banner to be made.
