This is a hand-decorated print of my original drawing Soulmate (Beshert) Tree. Beshert is a Yiddish word that means "destiny".It is often used in the context of one's divinely foreordained spouse or soulmate, and thus has romantic overtones.

Beautiful and intricate design containing important Jewish symbols. Two elegant trees seem to embrace each other. Their roots come out of the word Beshert, and the words Love (in English and Hebrew) as well as To Life (LeHaim) together with two goblets grow right out of the branches. Perfect gift for any Holiday, Wedding, Anniversary or just a sign of appreciation for someone important in your life.

Papercutting is my newest infatuation. I experiment with the different papers, scalpels, X-acto knifes and backgrounds. It's fun for me to create, and I'm hoping will be fun for you to own.

This original papercut is made of a single piece of bright blue cardstock. Organic shape is "flowing" smoothly from one part to another. Mounted with foam tape (which helps to keep the papercut raised and emphasize the 3-D factor of it) onto a sturdy archival white board. Decorated by hand with little doodles in blue Glaze marker and silver metallic pen.

Very clean, modern design will become an instant focal point in any room. Can be framed or just used "as is" on a shelf or a mantlepiece. Overall size is 10" x 5", "live area" approx. 8" x 4". Will be shipped to you carefully packaged in a waterproof artbag.
