As seen in the Fall 2009 issue of Stringing Magazine! One of my new polymer clay creations-this pine cone bead is a beautiful addition to your earthy jewelry designs. Brown base with a frosty light green patina.

Bead is about 30 mm and 1/4 inch thick. The hole runs horizontaly. My beads are sanded, antiqued, and buffed for a natural sheen.

Since each bead is hand made some variations will occur.

This is my interpretation of a Dryad celebrating Autumn with all its mystical wonders.

This polymer clay tree pendant measures approximately 1 1/2" tall by 3/4" wide and is hand sculpted by me, enhanced with Pearl Powders and sealed with a light coating of acrylic.

I wire wrapped the pendant with oxidized copper and attached it to an 18" oxidized copper ball chain. The necklace is accented with an antiqued copper acorn.

This is my interpretation of a Winter Dryad embracing the icy air.

This polymer clay tree pendant measures approximately 1 3/4" tall by 1 3/4" wide and is hand sculpted by me, enhanced with Pearl Powders and sealed with a light coating of acrylic.

The pendant hangs from a 36" royal purple silk ribbon and can be lengthened or shortened to your choice.

This is my interpretation of a Dryad whose young bare limbs intertwine and reach for the warming sun.

This polymer clay tree pendant measures approximately 1 1/2" tall by 3/4" wide and is hand sculpted by me, enhanced with Pearl Powders and sealed with a light coating of acrylic.

The bail is wirewrapped with oxidized copper and is attached to a 36" moss green silk ribbon which is adjustable to your choice of length.

This is my interpretation of a Dryad whose personality exudes playfulness and joy.

This polymer clay tree ring meaures approximately 22mm and is adjustable from sizes 6 through 9 and is very comfotable. The ring is antiqued brass.

This is my interpretation of an Ancient Dryad, full of wisdom, with her arms outstreched to share with her fellow nymphs.

The focal is wire wrapped in oxidized copper wire and hangs from 18" of antique copper rolo chain. The necklace closes in front with a antiqued copper toggle clasp.

I combined black and white polymer clays to create subtle color gradations and texture in my spiral disc focals. They remind me of icy grey winter and white clouds scudding across the sky.

I handcrafted each polymer clay focal using a blend of earth colors, forming the clay into spirals for a funky, earthy look with lots of texture and color. These pendants remind me of something one could unearth on an archaeological expedition!

The hole will accomodate up to 18 gauge wire and makes a rustic yet elegant statememt. The last picture is a necklace I created and is used for example only, it is not for sale at this time.

Each focal measures 35mm to 38mm and is flat and smooth on the back. I lightly sanded and buffed each bead and added a thin coat of satin varnish. Please specify which focal you would like starting with numbers 1 and 2 on the top row, followed by 3, 4, and 5 on the bottom row. Each bead lists for $10.00. *Numbers 1, 2, and 3 are available.*

A sweet little Nuthatch is perched on an oak leaf joined by a copper acorn and Mayflower jasper puffed coin, all wirewrapped and suspended from a pure oxidized copper ball chain.
