What can you do with baby items that you don't want to get rid of but would like to find a new use for? Here is an example of a recycled fabric pouch I made from a couple of baby items I ran across. I recycled a stripped orange toddler jumper that had a cute embroidered fruit embellishment on it, which I used for the outside front of this small bag. For the inside I recycled a cute little green shirt that was embellished with some cute embroidered colorful lizards. This fun little purse could be used as a children's purse or small fabric pouch for the little girl in all of us. It is small but roomy enough for a little girl to carry a few small toys or a big girl to carry a few essentials (cell phone, keys, lipstick, and a small change purse). What a fun way to "Go Green" with this Eco friendly small recycled fabric pouch sized purse. The outer shell and handle is recycled woven cotton, the inside is a recycled cotton knit, it has new polyester batting in between and a magnetic snap closure. The bag dimensions are approximately 3 inches tall at the center by 8 inches across with a 12 inch handle.

"Go Green" with this eco friendly small recycled whimsical handmade purse. This drawstring bag is made from recycled drapery fabric and a new re-purposed sheer blue tutu with sparkles. It's Embellished with four different colored butterflies under the sheer netting and two rat-tailed satin cords add to the flair of this cute little bag. Inside is lined with the same white drapery fabric and has an inside pocket. The rayon/cotton cord strap measures approximately 14 inches and the bag dimensions are approximately 4 inches tall by 7 inches across.

Truly one of a kind! Enjoy this cute patchwork purse/handbag/totes that was made using 3 pairs of re-purposed/recycled pants and you can feel good about helping the environment as well. It approximately measures 11 inches high, 17 inches at its widest point and with a 10 inch opening at the top, which gives you plenty of room to get things in and out. The outside is embellished with trim and two pockets in the front with Velcro closures to hold your keys, pens and cell phone. There is another pocket on the back with a button closure. The inside lining boasts a Velcro closure and a small inside pocket. The strap was made from the waistband and adds a unique curve that stays on your shoulder very nicely.
