This is a painting I did for the Canvas Project through the Art House Gallery in Atlanta. The idea behind the exhibit was to depict 5 random words onto small 3 x 3 inch canvases.

This painting depicts the word "zealot." My depiction of the word zealot is abstract, in case you weren't sure, but I think you get the idea. ;-)

Zealot was picked for the Canvas Project Exhibition at the Atlanta Airport and the Art House Gallery in Atlanta.

This painting depicts the word "quasicrystal" which was not an easy thing to represent. This is a definition from Wikipedia:

"Quasicrystals are structural forms that are both ordered and nonperiodic. They form patterns that fill all the space but lack translational symmetry."

This is 1 of 5 paintings I did for the Canvas Project through the Art House Gallery in Atlanta. The idea behind the exhibit was to depict 5 random words onto small 3 x 3 inch canvases.

This painting depicts the word "complover" which ironically isn't a word at all. It is thought to be an abbreviation for "computer lover," so that's why I chose to paint the chat lingo symbol for "love."

This painting depicts the word "people." I was a bit sneaky with this one, but isn't it obvious? Pebbles are like People. They come in all different shapes, sizes and colors.

A mother, heavy with child prays to an enormous moon. I love this simple but power image. Sadly this ACEO has a small damaged area. It looks like a slice through the paper, so small you can hardly see it. I just couldn't bring myself to throw it away.

I have discounted the price because of the damage from $8.00 to $4.00.

This tile prints is based on my original acrylic painting 'The Last Green', an ode to the last days of summer. The tile measures 4.25” x 4.25” and 1/6-inch thick.

Blue Dawn is one of those pieces that started out one thing and metamorphosed into another. It began as an abstraction of a still life (seen pictures), but became a landscape when I turned it horizontally.

You can have it either way. If you turn it vertically you can see a woman's silhouette, draped in lace.
