The hospital was damaged so severely it was forced to close for five months for repairs and during that time, my normal job no longer existed. This created a summer of change.<br /> For the first time in quite a while, I had time on my hands. I had time to sit, think, daydream, and draw. I used this time to rekindle my life long love of doodling, letting designs flow, making up people and places, and cartooning.I spent hours upon hours letting my mind wander and letting my marker to go as it chose. The characters each began with a pair of eyes and then I moved on to define what kind of people they belonged to.
