I listen to the owls at night and I imagine what it is like for them in the solitude and darkness of the forest. I guess they are really not alone, I am listening too.

This print measures 4" x 5", on japanese rice paper. Paper size is about 8" x 10". They fit nice in a ready made frame. All prints are rubbed by hand, numbered and signed.

OWL EYE GLASS HOLDER

My Dad made this for my sister, and I was so jealous! A, because I love Owls and B, because I just started wearing reading glasses and I have lost 5 pairs already! I asked him to share with the rest of the world these brilliant creations. ...You know, the wise old Owl wearing the glasses. Brilliant! I now have one and you can one too!
He makes each one of these in his basement wood workshop, I stained and varnished them - big woop - that was the easy part.

This measures 5" tall and is 3 3/4 at it's widest point at the ears. - It comes without any reading glasses. I'm not sure what kind of wood this is. The wood is 3/4" thick.

This will ship wrapped in bubble wrap in a small envelope or box.

This is an interesting set of rocks.

The heart shaped rock is done with the intention of it being the marriage rock. I wrote resolve and perservere on it. I think this is a colonial expression by Thomas Jefferson... I apply it to marriage. Sadly enough, I dropped it and the back split off. Happily enough, I have repaired it. I used the diamond glaze as a glue and it put a shiny glaze on the outside of it.

The small white rock, I adore, his eyes just poke out of the blackness, he reads shadow on the back. This also relates to marriage, I think a good marriage can't exist without the presence of the shadow side.

Lastly the 3rd rock is so simply drawn and reads "humility and gratitude".

They are no bigger than 2" at the longest length.

The white one is from the Peconic Bay in Mattituck NY and the other two were found in the Wawayanda stream here in Warwick NY.

They ship in a padded envelope.
They are drawn with archival ink, and have a matte varnish - except of course for the Marriage Owl Rock that has the shiny glaze.

These are small versions of my chicken lino prints that I printed of my inkjet printer and glued them on the magnets with the bubble glass. I like the way the bubble glass distorts them. I colorized them by hand with watercolor.

the bubble glass measures 1 1/2 inches.

They ship in a padded envelope.

This seaglass was found on the beach in Staten Island, Wolf's Pond Park to be exact.

They look really nice displayed in found object bowl.

I carry these little owl rocks in my pocket for inspiration, and comfort. I pick up these rocks on my morning walks to the stream.I pick at least two rocks, I always throw one rock with a prayer, then take one or more to bring home and draw on.

They are all drawn by hand and unique. One of them reads practice, the other trickster, and the other lover.

The owls first came to me in a dream, then I read "How to spot an Owl". I looked diligently for a long time for owls...then I built an owl box...Then an Eastern Screech owl moved in. The next thing you know I was seeing owls....and finding owl pellets and a feather!!!! I had already been carrying the rocks in my pocket for comfort when a friend suggested I keep my animal totem with me for me to see. I started drawing these. It's been about a year, and I have a lot of fun drawing on them. I'm not so serious about them, and it is kind of a spiritual act.

May these owl rocks give you a sense of guidance, clarity, and strength with swift intent.

These rocks are from various places, the white one from Asateague Island, MD, the Red one is from Staten Island (classic from the red clay found in the island), the small one I believe is from the North Fork of Long Island.

Flock of Ducklings

Birds of a feather stick together.... I am amazed the way my ducklings flock together, they are like magnets to one another....the universal mind at work. Here they are running across the grass. I am awed by their beauty, the gracefulness of their slender necks, coupled with their cute waddles.

These paintings were painted locally in Warwick.

These notecards were printed using a highend HP printer, they have a matte finish on a heavy card stock. Inside the notecards are blank.

On the back of each card the location of the painting is listed with the year completed.
Also, on the back of each card is a print of my signature, my brief bio, and my website address.

The four paintings are of Lower Wisner Road, Bellvale, NY,Barn on Lower Wisner Road, Bellvale, NY, Baird's Farm Covered Bridge Road, Warwick, and Prospect Barn, Florida, NY
All but one of these original paintings are sold. ( Lower Wisner Road still available, 8x 10")

The cards measure 4.25" x 5.5". There are 8 notecards in a set. 2 of each painting in the set. The set includes 8 white envelopes.

Owl Rock Necklace

Original drawing of Owl on Rock. This rock was found on a beach walk on Asateague Island, MD. The rock is about 1 1/8" in length. It is drawn with archival ink then sealed with a matte varnish, that you don't see or feel at all.

I drill the hole to make the necklace. It is attached to the 17" hemp rope with a silver plated clasp. The back of the necklace holds together with a silver plated clasp.

This owl inspires me with Love. The back of this rock reads "Love".

Courage, with humility.

This little owl has courage, he has strong wings, yet there is something so humble about this stone. That is why this is one of my favorites! This little rock is from the Wawayanda river bed here in Warwick, NY. The owl is hand drawn, one of a kind.
It is coated with a light varnish, that has no color or texture.
The rope is an all natural hemp, the clasp silverplated.

I created these necklaces to keep the owl totem close to my heart.
The owl rock is just under and inch and a half at it's longest point.

I like this resolve and perservere expression, it is american, I believe from colonial times, I think Thomas Jefferson said it. It can apply to all our relationships.
