I just love this. I had to do that thing I do, which is make another one because I kept the 1st one.
It's a sweet little felted heart sculpted from soft merino yarn in a most gorgeous shade, a sort of creamy, browny grey. The texture is just lovely. It reminds me of driftwood, and beach walks on blustery days. It is topped off with a couple of lovely buttons from my collection.

This double sided necklace came about quite by accident! I was happily finishing the stripey pendant when I noticed that the back of it was all smooth and lovely and crying out for embellishment and well, you can see from the photos, you have a pendant for all occasions! On one side a stripey heart in a lovely palette of blues, greens and yellow and on the reverse, a lovely, textured set of ever decreasing hearts, in the same tones and which have areally nice depth to them.

I was so thrilled to find some more vintage linen cord. Vicky, the owner of Metisse, my favourite shop has finally located some more on one of her trips to France. She scours the ancient villages and towns and brings back the most wonderful vintage and antique pieces. This cord is so much older than the last lot it has a wonderful patina to it and the smell transports you to an old French chateau, it has clearly been sitting somewhere, untouched for years.
This piece has been flat woven into a slim necklace/bracelet onto which I have attached a small, soft green 5 petal flower with a dark mossy green centre. Despite its' simplicity, this is a really eyecatching piece with a lovely understated palette.
The flower has been hand sculpted with a felting needle to create a unique, one of a kind item.

This soft dusky pink ribbon necklace has such a gentle, romantic feel to it. The woven choker is adorned with a matching little flower which is topped with a smaller grey flower and an old button from my collection. Wear around the neck, wrap around the wrist or wear as a headband, it has a little stretch to it so sits snugly around the head without slipping.
Simply tie the ribbons to fasten.
