This cowl was handknit from handspun yarn (from handdyed merino wool) and is extremely versatile. The colorful vintage lace that finishes the piece can be removed and re-laced in any way you see fit- I'm even including a large darning needle for just that purpose. It's super thick and cozy in rich, bright colors, and long enough to wrap around twice or even just wear as a scarf. Absolutely a one-of-a-kind piece and a stunning gift.

Handknit and handdyed (by me!) recycled cashmere/silk neck kerchief/shawlette. Amazingly soft and luxurious, rich blue-green color that reminded me of the waters off of Maui (where I'd just returned from when I dyed the yarn.) Subtle variations in color make this piece interesting and not at all flat. The yarn has a beautiful sheen and drapes nicely. It's a delicate piece, but will still keep you warm, and would look beautiful under a black or deep brown winter coat.
