Created around a copper frame, I firstly wrapped copper wire to accentuate the form of the bangle.
I then followed with a heavy Liver of Sulphur patina to give an antiqued finish.
Sterling silver wire has been added to add an individual, dressy element.
Created from recycled electrician’s wire.

This bangle can be recreated in your size. Due to the random nature of the wrapping, each bangle will be unique and as individual as you. If you would like your very own bangle, please read the sizing tip below, and convo me with your measurements.

Copper is known for its effectiveness in the treatment of a number of internal diseases including anemia, cancer, rheumatoid arthritis, stroke and heart disease.

This bangle measures approximately 7 centimetres / 2 ¾ inches across, with a circumference of approximately 24 centimetres / 9 ½ inches.

(A tip to find a comfortable round bangle fit – make a fist with the hand on which you will wear the bangle and measure the length from the outside of the first knuckle to the point between the third and fourth knuckle – this will be the estimated require diameter for your bangle, eg, if your ‘across knuckle’ measurement comes to 65mm, then a 65mm (inside diameter) bangle should fit your hand. This method is a guide only.)

This beautiful Fibula is a perfect addition to those thick cozy sweaters or to simply hold a scarf or shawl in place. This fibula is made of a tick 16-gauge copper wire and should only be used on thick knit, crocheted, and loosely woven sweaters and scarves. I made this piece using copper wire and chain, sterling silver beads, and a lampwork bead made by me.

It measures approx: 2 1/2 inches in length and hangs approximately 2 5/8 inches from the top of the fibula to the bottom of the chain swags.

It has been oxidized to show detail.

These drop earrings are feminine without being frilly.

Beautiful smooth rhodochrosite briolettes in a soft pink have been wrapped with sterling silver wire to create a fanciful cap. The sterling silver has been oxidized to create a darker, “antiqued” look which contrasts nicely with the pink colour of the stones. The wrapped beads are suspended from handmade sterling silver ear wires to create pretty drops.

The total length of the earrings is 1 ¾” (4.5 cm) from the tops of the ear wires to the bottom of the stones. The rhodochrosite beads are 9/16” (14 mm) at their widest point.

The last photo shows the back side of the earrings.

These earrings will be made to order, just for you. The rhodochrosite beads will be the same shape and size and comparable in colour. Please note that no two stones are ever identical, so the markings will not be exact.

As these earrings will be made to order, they will ship 3-4 days after payment is received.

Copper maple leaf ornament, flame patinated...or flame "painted", as I sometimes refer to the colors that appear when heating copper. Hand cut from copper sheet, my actual template/reference for the leaf shape comes from a maple tree in my yard whose leaves I have traced.

Each leaf measures approx. 2 inches x 2 inches. Your leaf may vary somewhat from photos shown, as I do hand cut all leaves one at a time, and the flame patina turns out differently each time...no two will be exactly alike...but all are beautiful!

I use Renaissance Wax, the same wax used in fine museums, to protect the patina on your leaf.

****just a note...keep out of reach of small children, some of the pointier edges can be sharp****

I found this beautiful stone in a market in China. It wasn't finished or polished in any way, so I wasn't sure what I had until I got home. Once I started working on it each stage of grinding and polishing revealed new details and I knew I had a real find. The gorgeous stone is translucent lime green shot through with bands of white. Photos just don't capture its brilliance.

The pendant measures 1.5" x 1.25" has a bail about 6 mm wide, so it can be worn on a neck ring or chain. It is wrapped with Argentium Sterling Silver, which resists tarnish.

Coconut rolls are one of the most famous "Licorice Allsorts", and are a tube of licorice wrapped in yellow or pink coconut paste, while the white, black and yellow cubes comprise layers of licorice sandwiched between fondant. These distinctive handmade beads look just like the real thing but are much less fattening! Suspended from sterling silver earwires and approx 1½” long

Budding is a round focal bead which has a 3mm stringing hole and would accommodate tubing, cording, larger silver chains.

The background is a soft ivory. The vine is a warm brown and the buds are metallic blue and teal.

It measures 13mm from hole to hole and is 19mm in diameter.

These gorgeous earrings are 18 gauge sterling silver wire with 26 gauge silver wire to wire-wrap them. The focals are facetted rose quartz. All silver components are made of .925 Sterling Silver. The earrings have been hand-blackened, tumbler-polished and hand-polished.

Length approx 5 cm including the leverbacks.
