This unique apron bodice is also an original painting! The inside is lined with a soft comfortable fabric, and the outside is painted with durable water-safe paints. The painted image is a sleeping dancer, with bright shimmering gold accents which cast a magical glow when the light strikes them. It attaches comfortably in the back with three decorative silver buttons.

I've always approached clothing construction as if it were sculpture, something I was "building." The person wearing my paintings becomes part of my artwork. I have living, breathing, walking, talking paintings all over the place.

This bodice can be worn as a sexy tummy-revealing top, or can be worn over clothing. Perfect for dance clubs, belly-dancers/performers, or just every-day awesomeness!

This listing is for one doll made to look like you (with your hairstyle, etc), one cute dress for the doll, and one matching dress in YOUR size! The dress will be cute and doll-like, with frills and lace. If you would like to order, purchase this listing and then message me with the info below:

1. DRESS: Describe what sorts of color(s) you would like your dress to be. If fabric is unavailable in what you want, I will give you options of similar fabric. If you want something extremely specific, you may have to wait longer. Also tell me if you like ribbons, buttons, bows, and lace so I can pick embellishments that suit you best.

2. DOLL: Describe what you look like so I can alter the doll to look like you! You can send a photo of your face, or a very good description like "I have light brown hair to my shoulders and green eyes. I always wear pink lipstick." etc

3. SIZE: You will at least have to tell me your bust/waist/hip measurements + height/weight so I can make sure that the dress is a perfect fit! I generally make dresses somewhat stretchy and adjustable, so they fit you even if you gain/lose some weight.

HOW LONG?
Because this is a custom order that requires many steps, it might take up to 2-3 weeks to complete a project. It will take less time if you send all the necessary information right away!

This lovely dress would be perfect for dress-up, prom, clubbing, or any time you want to feel extravagant! It is strapless and was made with a built-in white petticoat section so the bottom poofs out. The middle section has a burgundy band that ties in the back corset-style, with red lace. There is a zipper in the back.

Fits best if you are these measurements or smaller:
(bust: 40" / waist: 32" / hips: 45" )
The model shown is 34"/26"/38"

The dress is 25" long, so will be above the knee for most heights.

These colorful pantaloons are shown here on an awesome contortionist who was modeling them for a fashion show. They are sized small (details below). The bottoms flair out and have a decorative lace trim around them. The top section has elastic. If you are interested in the matching shirt, I don't have it up in my shop right now, but you can contact me to purchase it!

SIZE: small
Waist: 30" around but stretches out to 48"
The pants are 25" long from top to bottom, with an elastic band before the bottom flair, so can be worn above or below the knee.

In the 3rd picture, the rainbow band around the top of the pantaloons is a belt and NOT part of the pantaloons.

Wearable Painting Apron Bodice - new way to display artwork

This "wearable painting" apron-style shirt was made with more of a "wash" technique with softer paints and dyes, to give the fabric more movement. The outfit was modeled by a bellydancer for art events but is now available for you! The painting depicts a pink rabit with extremely long ears getting all tangled together. The edges of the shirt have a rugged-torn look that looks really good with it, aiding in the effect of wearing an actual painting on your body. I think it looks best worn with a pink skirt or jeans.

This shirt is totally adjustable and very comfortable! The back laces up with soft pink fabric, which can also be worn over the shoulders as straps.
