A lovely three dimensional, multi textured wall hanging. Includes wool background in neutral, sequined gold, velvet, cottons, and metallic fabric. Embellished with crocheted lace, silk rose, beaded sheer lapel rose on lady. Scattered throughout are seven fabric folded roses with beaded center. A portion of Emily Dickinson's poem 'A Rose' is printed on muslin. Swirls in border are stippled. A OOAK made by me.
It measures 26 x 31 inches and has sleeve for hanging. A dowel or rod will be needed to hang.
Will be carefully packed & shipped in cardboard tube.

Purple Iris is an original quilted design using a photo of an Iris in my garden. The technique involves collecting the color fabrics needed and cutting small 'snippets' and arranging to paint your picture. These then are satin quilted through light batting and backing. Truly a OOAK.
This piece won a first place award at my local art association member show.
It measures 13 x 17 and is framed in a black metal frame. No glass.

Let me capture the personality of your pet. I paint in watercolor with added pen & ink. Work would be done using photos that you email or regular mail to me. Check out the following guidelines.

* Photos need to be close ups, showing face details, such as eyes and markings.
* If you choose to have me do your pet, you need to decide basic pose, background color. During painting I can email you progress.
* Sizes being completed are 9x12 or 10x14.
* Price quoted is for one pet. Time frame to complete would be two weeks.
* For an additional charge, cards could be made from painting.
Paintings mounted on a backing board, carefully wrapped for shipping by USPO. Insurance would be an additional charge.

I hope to be able to capture your pet in holiday pose to frame and to share with your family and friends.

Samples provided in my shop are of my Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, Murphy. I started doing my holiday card with him a few years ago and has become a holiday traditional for me. My family and friends look forward to my unique card each year. I hope you will offer me the opportunity to paint your pet - cat, dog, bird- not sure about fish.
Two designs are available, wreath or tree. Please indicate desired style when ordering.

I will draw your pet in a pose using a photo that you send me, email or snail mail. Photos are shown here to give you an idea of ideal poses. Finished with watercolor or pen and ink.
Portrait will be 8 x 10 with printed cards an option.
Price quoted is for an unmatted original painting only. Convo me for prices on cards which will depend on quantity ordered.

Cards are 4.25 x 5.5, printed on quality cardstock, blank inside and with white envelop.
