I start with a nice crisp recycled Gap skirt in perfect condition, made of cotton/poly/spandex blend with a little stretch and with a zippered waistband. I have embellished with hand embroidered recycled felt. The image? It's a bird, it's a plane?? I'm not sure, it's night!

This can be machine washed if needed, but I recommend hand wash in cold water for the longest life.
Drip dry.

Fun little summer mini made from a recycled elastic waist skirt and a vintage men's tie. The tie knots behind your neck and it is flexible and comfy! This is really easy summer dressing!!
Size the tie straps by measuring around the area above your chest/ below your armpits. This is the chest band on this item.
This one is elastic so it has some give.
Dry Clean, but the skirt portion can be spot cleaned with water and soap.
Chest band: 26-33"
Length from Chest band to bottom: 28"
The skirt portion is polyester. It is light and feels crisp and smooth.

This high neck red linen dress is exceptional in many ways. It is handmade and in perfect condition. It seems never worn. It has a great work look without being too serious and a bit frumpy. It demands respect yet looks sexy.... I will call it respexy!!
The material is wonderful, soft and textured and a brilliant deep red. The back buttons are gold tone metal with nice detailed relief. As Sublimely perfect as a casual dress can be.

This Refab Maxi Dress has been turned inside out and upside down and looks great that way! It is a recycled cotton top, inside out with the elastic exposed sewn together with a huge flowing skirt of drapery material. It's sheer, be warned!

It's gathered all over at the seam with two rows of zigzag stitching and tied off and secure. The bottom is left raw, but it is the edge of the fabric, so it won't continue to run. It leaves a frayed edge to parallel the inside out raw look of the rest of the dress.

This dress is super long!! I know tall ladies have a hard time getting a maxi to be floor length. If you are not so tall, convo me and I will discuss options. Also, I have put it on sale because the fabric has caught a little and has a few runs. The sheer fabric is delicate and this happens... but it is still cool and fun, just want this fun item to be bargain because of it's flaws.

This dress is as fun as it is funny...!
The green dress has a green on green print of leaves in the background and a leafy stitch trim around the crew neck. It is a simple sleeveless shift cut and has been shortened and then tulle fabric has been added to create a party dress look that is slightly surreal with the addition of three lion heads appliqued on the front of the top of this dress!!
The tulle is sewn on with a red thread in a zig zag stitch that crosses the dress on a diagonal below the waist. Just another fun detail that needs to be mentioned:)

Looks great loose or belted but the belt is not included, sorry.

Hand wash carefully and hang dry.

This fantastic vintage blouse is in mint condition and will make your vintage lovin' friends green with envy!!

It says Rhoda Lee on the label, and is made from a poly/rayon blend. The material is light and crisp and soft. It buttons in back and has a ruffle in front and on the cuffs. An amazing shirt that seems hardly worn.
These materials are washable, but because of the age I would recommend gentle cycle or hand wash cols and line dry.

This was 42 dollars for the set, now 15!!

This refab project is made from one super sweet striped sweater. It has been transformed into leg warmers, a tube tunic, and a little hooded shrug!
Made from cotton knit that is really soft and in good condition. The colors are bright and cheerful, and we need a little of that these days...

The leg warmers are simple and come to about mid calf. They are hemmed and finished on top, and they have the original sweater cuff at the foot. Nice fit that stays up.

The shrug is short sleeved, sewn and rolled up on the outside for my favorite rough sewn look. I have also hand sewn some other lacy remnants onto one side, for a soft feminine touch.
It has a hood and covers just a little for some extra warmth.

The top is a tube style that has been resewn to fit snugly. It has a drawstring that ties in back to keep the top secure. It also has a high waisted sash made from the knit belt of the original sweater.

Everything should be hand washed in cold water and dried flat.

This is a white vintage shift from the 60's altered with embroidered felt star and moon and belt loops. Comes with the huge silver hip belt.
The material is synthetic, there are no tags, but I think a polyester or rayon or blend. It is slightly sheer and in perfect condition.
