While visiting Cumberland Island, I experienced the rare sighting of a white deer running through the mangrove trees around midnight, with her little spotted brown baby following close behind. I've heard in some cultures it's considered good luck to spot an albino animal-what a thrill!

I was given 5 randomly picked words to illustrate, this piece illustrates the word swallow. When she was little, Lydia was her favorite. This sweet girl remembers her cherished toy as a child and is comforted by the memory of her old friend.

An archival print inkjet transferred onto the face of a 3.5 x 4 x 2 inch block of painted wood. The process of an inkjet transfer creates a wonderful peeling paint-like quality. Results are unpredictable, therefore each piece is unique. The block is protected with several coats of satin polyurethane varnish for durability. This illustration is inspired from a scene in the book, The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo. You'll have to read it and see what I mean!

The sides have been painted a deep blue that has a subtle metallic sheen and the entire piece has been glazed with a satin varnish for protection. Easter in Paris...9 x 8 archival giclee print

Walking the streets of Paris before the Easter holiday and taking in the beautiful window displays, inhaling the smell of chocolate is simply a decadent experience. There was a tiny hat shop along the way that showcased an adorable hat with small birds perched on top in a nest of green spiral grass.

9 x 8 inch giclée print of an original pastel and watercolor painting printed on Somerset Velvet 100% acid free cotton rag paper using Epson Ultrachrome inks.

The artwork is printed on a 12 x 10 inch sheet with a white border for framing and signed by the artist.

She likes to imagine she's dancing with a prince. This sweet little ballerina makes perfect gift for that little girl who loves to dance.

An archival print mounted on the face of a 3.5 x 4 x 2 inch block of painted reclaimed wood. The block is protected with several coats of satin polyurethane varnish for durability. This original mixed media painting is also available as a 6 x 6 inch print in my shop.
