This pillow is one of a series inspired by the little creatures at Villa Immaculatta on Long Island. I recently stayed there for a few days with my nun friend - yes, nun friend - Sister Barbara, who's interests include hot, black coffee, swearing and driving 85mph. In this series:

These are easily my new favorite! This delicious fabric has a birch tree motif - a double sided fabric - black/white white/black - ergo "twin". Simply Glorious! These pillow are 23 x 9 inch feather/down pillow forms that perfectly accentuate the vertical "Tree" feeling of the fabric. I am in love with them. The b/w coloring pairs well with any other pillow in my shop - or pillow on your bed or couch. There are only two available right now - these will be made by special order - why not order a whole forest?

When I stumbled across these chairs, they reminded me of the very first chair I refinished when I was a kid for my 4-H project - it was a music chair as well. The bonus with this one is that it folds via its all wood folding mechanism. They will sit perfectly next to a small side table to double as a telephone chair. They can beautify a corner until called into service.

The finish is fab so I cleaned it up a bit and resurfaced with a light glaze of poly. I refinished the seat in heavy weight Italian fabric with black & white birch trees - the same fabric used in my popular "twin birch" pillows.

Shipping will be determined based on location and listed separately after sale. They fold flat so shipping is relatively easy. If you live in New York City, you can stop on by the Lower East Side and pick it up.
