This is your choice of any 3 of my soup/casserole mixes.

I have created a line of easy to make with few ingredients to add soup and casserole mixes. Many of us live such a hectic schedule and need a break here and there. That is why I developed these mixes in 2008.

With my deli to run, getting supplies, production of products to send to vendors and stores, preparing for arts and craft shows and wanting to spend a little time with my husband I came up with these mixes to help me have an easier evening a couple times a week.

These mixes have been tested as "Soup of the Day" at my deli, and have been well received; thus now packaged for sale.

Simplicity is what I had in mind. Just add meat and a couple other items if desired and you are ready to go. These are proportioned to feed one person a couple of meals or a small family.

These mixes include natural, fresh herbs and ingredients, no preservatives or MSG. Just follow the instructions on the package and you will have a meal in no time.

At the shop and at arts and craft shows I attend customers tell me all the time about their need for healthy food quickly prepared. So, as per their request, these were created and the feedback I get is how great they are.

I have created a line of easy to make bread, muffin, biscuit etc mixes that need few if any ingredients to be added to have your bread made. Our busy lifestyles demand such great tasting products with little prep time and efforts. That's why I developed these mixes and they have been selling like crazy!!

Simple to make, no bread machines to use, these are all quick breads. They rise to a medium height and have a great taste.

For example, for the beer breads, add a can of beer to the batter, stir it up, pour in baking pan, bake and you are done! Any of the others require not much more than that!

I have an herb farm in Southwestern Arkansas where I grow many of the herbs that I use in my oils. The oil is an Italian EVOO that is mild and smooth. Since the late 1990's I have been making these oils and selling them in festivals, trade shows and to store owners. They are featured in various speciality shops throughout the country.

Use the oils as a marinade (only a spoonful needed) on chicken breasts, ribs, steak or fish then baked or grilled. Dash over steamed vegies or salads. Sprinkle over cubed potatoes then baked until crispy. My husband even likes them over his hot air popcorn.
