Vintage Valentine Postcard - Purple Pansy

$3.00
This is a really nice Valentine's Day postcard. It doesn't show up very well in the photograph but is says "To My Valentine" in the upper right corner.

This card is unpostmarked but I believe it to be from around 1910. I found it at an estate sale and all the other postcards were from that time period.

This card has some pencil writing on the back that could easily be removed if you wanted to mail the card.

It is a great card for the collector, for collage, for scrapbooking and many other art forms that call for vintage paper ephemera or graphics.

Salt Shovels are very hard to find, especially in this condition.

This shovel was made by the Crown Silverplate Co., is is circa 1900. It is in the Florence pattern.

I never clean silver or silverplate prior to listing for sale. Many buyers prefer that the aged patina of these old pieces be preserved. It looks to me like the plating is very good and would clean up beautifully if you like.

The Salt Shovel measures 5 3/4 inches long.

Can't be captured (at least by me!) in a photograph.

When worn, they extend about 2 inches.

Rhinestone is prong set. It could use a gentle cleaning but appears to be bright and beautiful. It is tightly set.

Unmarked and age unknown.

It is really quite nice.

It measures 2 by 1 1/2.

It is a light weight plastic that almost feels like celluloid. They measure 3/4 on a inch across.

There is no maker's mark.

My best estimate is that these earrings date from the mid-1970'2 to the early 1980's.

The idea is that you can dress this little girl up in all these different outfits, just like paper dolls. One dress and one pair of shoes is unfortunately missing (I hate when that happens!), but this puzzle would also be so great if used for collage, scrapbooks or other mixed media art projects.

At checkout, let me know if you want the "tray" for this puzzle, or just the pieces.
Vintage Christmas Sheet Music - White Christmas

$3.50
This 1942 Irving Berlin Christmas Sheet Music has such a beautiful cover! It is a great piece for a collector of vintage sheet music, a musician, to use for Christmas decor (would be great framed!) or for anyone looking for neat and unusual paper ephemers to use for their art projects.

The inside is very clean and inclused words and music.

This item is in good but not perfect condition. There is a label in the lower left corner of the previous owner. I believe that this label could be carefully removed using a warm, damp cloth. Ther is a slight crease in the upper right corner.

Vintage Clip On Earrings - Beautiful Pearls and Rhinestones

$6.50
These are really unique and beautiful! Each earring has a button pearl overlayed with falling gold leaves that are decorated with pearls and rhinestones.

All the rhinestones are prong set and tight. None are missing.

One leaf on each earrings has tiny little pearls around the edge. It is barely noticeable but one leaf is missing several of these tiny little pearls. I didn't even notice this until I held the earring under a magnifying glass - that is how insignifcant it is.

There is no maker's mark.

Due to the style, I believe them to be mid-1960's. Copper was very popular during that era. I do not believe these to be real copper but they sure have that copper look and feel that everyone's was after.

They measure just under 1 inch across.

There is no maker's mark.
