My take on the stacking ring...3 bands of copper... the centre one has a 'blob' made from recycled sterling silver soldered to the band. They have been beaten into submission... (hammered) and then an antiquing solution has been applied to show off every blow!

OK. I never said I was a poet... but I will say that these nose nubs stay put! I have had my nose pierced for 16 years and in that time I have lost way too many studs. After I had been working with metal for some time a lightbulb went off... I discovered that I could in fact make my very own nose rings! I made one of these for myself and after 2 years I still haven't lost it (that's a record for me BTW). It stays in as I sleep, I wash & dry my face with it in and with 2 little ones running around here I've suffered my fair share of accidental blows to the face.... it still stays in :)With the bent design you'll avoid the inevitable OUCH if you accidentally get knocked in the nose... and no more worries about it accidentally piercing your septum like you would with a straight stud.

These beautiful earrings are hand fabricated from sterling and fine silver.
I started with a sterling silver circle, hammered it for texture and then attached my hand made bezel settings shaped like leaves.
The bezel settings are hand made by me with fine silver edging and sterling silver backing.
I set in gorgeous, flashy labradorite marquise shaped cabochons and pinched the tops to give them a distinct leaf shape.
The earrings sit on sterling silver post backings with lovely flower shaped earnuts.
They have been oxidised and burnished for a glowing shine.

Earrings measure approx 1 1/8th of an inch or 28mm long from the top of the circle and are 7/8th's of an inch or 22mm wide.

Peeking out of this unique sterling silver casting is a perfectly gorgeous, lusterous white pearl.
The silver is antiqued to show the amazing details... almost petal-like, it looks delicate but is very sturdy and has a nice weight to it.
All metal is sterling silver.
The chain is 18 inches (45cm) long, but can be shortened upon request, and closes with a sterling silver lobster clasp.
The focal is approx 5/8th's of an inch in size, pearl measures approx 6-7mm.

Flower shaped water cast 'cups' with sterling silver round balls in the middle.
I just love dropping molten silver into the water to see what shape it will end up as. These pieces looked like organically shaped poppies, so I finished them with round centers and soldered them to sterling silver posts.
They have been oxidized to highlight the depth and organic overall shape.

Earrings measure approx 6.5mm 'round' and are on comfy 11mm posts with lovely flower shaped earnuts.

Calla Lily Water Cast Ring

Molten sterling silver water castings.... I never know what will happen. This time a beautiful formation resembling a calla lily bud.
I soldered the bud on a sterling silver band and added details like a leaf and little stamen's poking out.
The band has a light texture on one half under the bud, to give a stem like appearance. It is smooth on the other side.
A grey patina has been added to show texture and detail and the ring has been polished to give it a wonderful shine.

As this is a random casting, the ring is one of a kind.

It is a size 7.

A beautiful dotty sterling silver dome takes centre stage on this fun necklace. The dome has been stamped with lots of dots and given a beautiful dark patina which has been brushed off so that the dots remain darkest.
The entire piece has been tumble polished to ensure that there are no rough edges.

I began by making the beautiful sterling silver peace charm, added a lovely handmade lampwork bead from a wonderful Etsy artisan which I capped off with my own handmade bead caps and finished with a comlimentary natural chrysacolla stone.
The focal bead is stunning, full of a watery depth and an inner sparkle of silver with greens & blues... and gold that shimmers like buried treasure within its depths.

Necklace measures approximately 26 inchces (65 cm) long. It can be worn with all 3 charms in the front or with the chrysacolla & clasp in the back to anchor it in place.
The peace sign is 1 inch (25mm) including the soldered jumpring, the focal bead with soldered bail is 1 1/2 inches long and the chrysacolla closure is 5/8th's of an inch.

I started by cutting rough leaf shapes from copper sheet, then I handstamped a decorative leaf pattern onto the metal. Next I fold formed the earrings and heated them to produce a lovely rosie patina.

These leaves are hung from my own hand forged earwires.

All edges have been meticulously filed to remove any sharp edges and then they have been tumble polished to a beautiful shine.

Graduated Domes Necklace

Circular domes of sterling silver in graduated sizes hang from delicate sterling rollo chain.

I started with different sized disks and lightly domed each one. Then I soldered them together and suspended them from chain that closes with a lobster clasp. The entire piece is antiqued and selectively brushed to highlight the depth of the domes. I have tumble polished the entire necklace to a glorious shine.

The necklace measures 17 inches (42.5cm) long in total(including centerpiece). I can adjust the length to be shorter if you like, just let me know when you check out.
The focal piece measures 2 1/4 inches (56mm) long and domes graduate in size from 5-17mm.

Cut out in a cloud like flowery shape this dreamy rainbow moonstone pendant is hung from an oxidized sterling silver chain with a handmade clasp and genuine swarovski crystal accent.

I often look up to the clouds to pick out shapes that resemble earthly things.... animals, trees, faeries.... and sometimes flowers. This necklace represents what can be found in a cloud :)

The bezel (metal surrounding the stone) has been formed in fine silver and all other metal is sterling silver.
The sterling silver accents on the pendant are melted and formed from scraps of other projects that I have done....

I made these earrings with my own handmade earwires & headpins. Small (4 X 7mm) faceted labradorite rondelles shift colour from simple grey to grey with flashes of blue, green and orange.
I have used beautiful bali sterling daisy spacers to give them some beautiful detail and interest.

This is a sterling silver necklace in a japanese style weave. It closes with a sterling trigger clasp.
Each jumpring used in the making of this necklace was hand coiled and cut by myself and the entire piece was tumble polished to a brilliant shine.

It measures 18 inches or 45 cm's long plus a one inch extender chain with a bali sterling silver heart charm.

It can be adjusted to any length by fastening the clasp through the chain. If you would like a custom adjustment to a smaller overall length please let me know in the message to seller when checking out.

Harvest moons have always held me captivated... the glowing orange feels so magical... the end of summer... the emergence of autumn with all of it's changing colors.

These sterling silver earrings are made with hand forged hoops onto which I soldered bezels and set in lovely carnelian agate stones that mimic the orange glow of a harvest moon. The earrings have been given a light patina and have been tumble polished for a beautiful shine.

The earwires are my own sterling silver artisan hooks and the circles gently sway with movement.

Details:
Earrings measure 1 3/8th inches (36mm) long from the top of the earwire and they are 3/4's of an inch or 18mm wide with 8mm cabs.

I made this ring with a smooth blood red (8mm) garnet set in a beautiful serrated edge fine silver bezel cup.
The setting is soldered into a 11mm domed silver bowl.
The band is 1mm thick and 2mm wide with squared edges.

Koroit Opal - Silver and 10k Gold Pendant

An abstract shaped koroit opal, sterling silver, fine silver and 10k recycled gold.
The cabochon, set in a fine silver bezel, has a very interesting look to it... it's almost like it has been streaked with golden lightning.
The best compliment to this beautiful colouring naturally was gold. I have used 10k gold recycled from an old broken chain. I melted it into balls and then hammered those balls for texture. They have been soldered onto the sterling silver backing that mimics the natural shape of the stone.
The pendant has been given a rustic greyish brown patina.

Measurements:
The pendant measures 1 inch across the top and the narrowest part on the bottom is 5/8th's of an inch across. It is 1 inch tall and has a soldered 1/2 inch bail attaching it to a thick black waxed cotton cord which is 20 inches long.
It closes with a sturdy sterling silver trigger clasp.

This hefty bracelet was truly a labour of love to create...
Each jumpring (16g & 18g) was hand coiled and cut by myself, then meticulously woven into this dense bracelet.
The hand made 'S' clasp has soldered jumprings connected to it so that it will not break free from your wrist.

Triple Blob Ring

Beaten and bruised sterling silver band with 3 recycled sterling silver blobs. Each blob has been created using the scraps of silver I always have left over after creating something new!
I hammered the band for beautifully faceted texture and made the blobs smooth to shine like a mirror!
Two contrasting finishes combined to make a fabulous ring!
