Lovely fairy purple and green with embossed golden stars. She has a appliquéd pink star with turquoise stitching. Her hair is a hand dyed wool in purple, greens and turquoise. She has it pulled back with a golden moonbeam. She is holding a red glittering flower. Her wings are a gold and a lavender net.
This fairy is very regal she thinks very highly of herself. She is good to have around to help with your self esteem as well. She can lift anyones spirits, straight to the heavens.

In a Galaxy Far Far Away.... there was a T-Shirt.
Children Large Blue t-shirt with an image of the Star Wars logo. I have also sewn an Imperial Probe Droid on the sleeve. The images have been cut from some vintage Star Wars sheets. It has been sewn on with a double row of stitching leaving the edges raw to fray in the wash. This shirt says that a large 14-16. I think it is true to size. My model wears a 6-7. The shoulders measure 16 1/4, the chest 37 and shoulder to hem is 22.

This dress is made of a green 1970's cotton knit fabric. I have appliqué three stars on the front. The star appliqués are topstitched on with the edge left raw. The edges will not fray because it is a knit. All fabrics used are in great condition with no ware or discoloring. The dress is made from a 1960's cover up pattern. It will fit a 3 to a 6 child getting shorter as the child grows. My lovely model is a size 6. Machine washable. I have pre-shrunk all the fabrics so it is true to size.

This handmade dress is made of vintage 1970's knit 100% cotton near as I can tell. The fabric was given to me by a sweet old lady that was giving her fabric away. So she bought it in the 1970's and then it sat in a box waiting to be made into something. It is in great condition no stains or wear. The dress is made from a 1960's cover up pattern. The flower is a Queen De Luxe Original. The appliqué is made of different knits. I have topstitched the flower on with raw edges out. The edges will not fray because it is a knit. It will fit a 3 to a 6 child getting shorter as the child grows. My lovely model is a size 6. Machine washable. I have pre-shrunk all the fabrics so it is true to size.

Bat Skirt

One of a kind Bat Skirt.
I really had fun making this skirt. I had a strange selection of pieces of this 1970's t-shirt knit. I knew that I had enough to make a skirt but not from a conventional pattern. I draped the skirt and I came up with this. A elastic waist skirt with an uneven hem. I have left the hem with a raw edge. I then appliquéd 3 bats on the front. They are top stitched in red thread. The waist measures 26". Will stretch to 28". The hips will accommodate 40" The shortest part of this skirt is center front it measures 22" from waist to hem. The longest is the right side 34" from waist to hem. The hem circumference is about 108"

Staw Hat

This charming straw hat is in great condition. I believe it is from the 1960's. It has a basket weave affect to the straw. The brim is upswept almost to the top of the crown. The top of the brim is turned under. The edge is wired and then encased with off white grosgrain ribbon . There is a grosgrain ribbon bow at the center back of the hat. The bow is made of off white 1 1/2 ribbon. The hat is 4" tall and 10" across form side to side. Front to back it is 10 1/2". The head circumference is 21 1/4".
