Ducks In A Row - Original Pencil and Ink ACEO

$7.50
Ah, poor Grady. He's always having to deal with Blanche and René's antics. And make sure that René doesn't get into any trouble with Alfonso...

Still, these three are braving the cold to bring a little winter cheer to my shop, and to your home, as well. :)

--

This ACEO is inked with a Prismacolor Premier 005 Sepia inking pen, sketched & shaded with blue mechanical pencil lead on 2.5 X 3.5 inches of Crane 100% Cotton paper.

As with all of my ACEOs, I've put my initials on the front in ink, and signed, dated, and numbered the back in pencil.

ACEO stands for Art Card, Editions and Originals. An ACEO is a tiny business-card-sized work of art. This particular one can't wait to be shipped first-class mail to your home and sit on your mantle or hang from your art-line.

No one would get far in life without asking questions! If you have any about this piece, feel free to convo me. I'll be happy to answer them for you!

Thanks for stopping by, and have a great day!

~Scout

©2009 EsperEzekiel All rights reserved by Scout "Oki" Wilkinson

I've been waiting for you, Hero of Time... - Original watercolor painting

$25.00
Link stood, unsure of what to do next. there was something... eerie about the silence of the temple. As if someone was watching, waiting in the shadows...
He turned, walking down the steps of the alter. His footfalls cut through the silence with a harsh clacking noise, disturbing the extreme quiet. His fairy, Navi, bobbed uneasily above his head. "Link..." She whispered. "Something doesn't feel right..."
It was then that he heard the voice.
"I have been waiting for you, Hero of Time..."

----------

This painting pays homage to my all-time favorite video game franchise, The Legend of Zelda. It was inspired by the game that still has gamers everywhere geeking about it almost eleven years after it's initial release, Ocarina of Time.

Here I express my personal adoration for Sheik, a mysterious character who aids you multiple times throughout the game.

This is my first ever large scale watercolor painting. It's 9" X 12", and painted on watercolor paper, signed and dated on the back.
I hope to do some more Zelda-related paintings in the future. This, although time-consuming, was very fun to do.

No one would get far in life without asking questions! If you have any about this piece, feel free to convo me. I'll be happy to answer them for you! Also, I always consider trading for something, so don't hesitate to ask!

Thanks for stopping by, and have a great day!

~Scout

©2009 EsperEzekiel All rights reserved by Scout "Oki" Wilkinson

Love Transcends Ages - Original Watercolor Bookmark

$7.50
Another piece paying homage to the Legend of Zelda series, this time the second N64 Zelda title, Majora's Mask, which ranks in the top five on my all-time favorite games list.

The characters pictured here are Kafei, the young man, and Anju, the young woman. Although they are supporting characters, I believe them to be some of the most developed - and most likable - supporting characters in any Zelda game.

For those unfamiliar with their story...When they were children, they promised to marry one one another once they grew up. But one month before the ceremony was scheduled, Kafei was transformed into a child by a mischievous imp wearing a strange mask. Shortly after that, his Wedding Mask - which he can be seen holding here - Was stolen from him by a cunning thief named Sakon. Ashamed of his appearance and carelessness, Kafei goes into hiding without a word, leaving Anju alone to wonder in worry what could have happened to him. To reunite them, you the player must team up with Kafei to rekindle Anju's faith in him and help him to recover the mask that was stolen from him so that the couple may once again be together and happy.

------

On this bookmark, the lovers are seen holding their Wedding Masks, Anju's being the Moon Mask and Kafei's the Sun Mask.

------

This bookmark is inked with Prismacolor Premier inking pens in sizes 005 and 03, and colored using watercolors on high-quality watercolor paper. I've put my initials on the front, and signed and dated on the back in pen. Don't worry, though. The paper is so thick that even when held up to the light you can't see the signature through it.

This bookmark is perfect for those familiar with the game, as well as anybody who enjoys a good romantic story.

No one would get far in life without asking questions! If you have any about this piece, feel free to convo me. I'll be happy to answer them for you!

Thanks for stopping by, and have a great day!

~~Scout~~

©2009 EsperEzekiel All rights reserved by Scout "Oki" Wilkinson
