WORKING BUSINESS PLAN for a Bed and Breakfast in Nebraska

Last year, a beautiful home in our neighborhood went on the market. My husband and I have always wanted to run a bed and breakfast, and this house looked as if it were designed to be one! However, we were unable to get the financing and at the same time, my health took a turn for the worse that would have made it very difficult for us to run anyway.

That being said, the house is still available and I would love to see someone be able to turn it into the B&B it was born to be! :)

I have a business plan already written, that only needs a little updating and modification depending on how you would like it run. I have also created samples of house rules, a brochure template, phone reservation sheet template, and some ideas for promotions as well as a rough draft press release. All documents will be in Microsoft office applications or Adobe pdf.
