This bag is made of peach and ivory satin brocade with a diamond design. I used a peach colored polished cotton for lining and ivory satin ribbon for drawstrings. Ribbon ends are treated so they won't fray and decorated with matching beads.

It measures 5 1/4" (13.3 cm) wide by 7 1/2" (19.1 cm) from top to bottom. I've shown it in the photos with soaps and a necklace which are for demonstration only and not included in the sale.

A wonderful fabric gift bag which will become part of the gift, as it's also a very nice medium-sized tote! Any circus-lover - young or old - will be glad to receive this! I can see it being used by a child to carry toys 'n things to Grandma's. Or, for those circus-lovers who happen to be alaready grown-up, I can see it being used for books, a purse, or many other things.

It's made of a red and white blocked fabric showing different "circus" items, trimmed in red mattress ticking and lined with unbleached muslin. Where the handles are joined to the ticking, I've decorated with cut-out blocks of the fabric which are fringed around the edges. I've also made matching gift cards to tie on. You can choose from 3 different ones seen in the last photo. Please put a note in message from the buyer or note to seller area to let me know whether you prefer the circus tent, the clown or the balloons.

A drawstring heavy flocked black purse with turquoise and black glass beaded tassel. Lined in nice heavy-weight turquoise satin. Just right for that wedding or evening out. My daughter who has a Victorian house hangs these around in her home as decorations.

The purse itself measures 9" (22.9cm) long and 7 3/4" (19.7cm) wide. The tassel adds another 3 1/2" (8.9cm) to the bottom. When closed all the way, the drawstrings add another 5 1/4" from your wrist to the top of the bag.

Set of two matching travel bags. The jewelry pouch with 8 pockets and a central padded section will hold all the jewelry needed for a trip. The "pair of pants" shoe bag holds a pair of shoes (one in each "leg" so they're nicely separated). It has 2 little lined "hip" pockets that are perfect for holding a pair of footies, shoelaces, socks or whatever.

This travel set is made of a cotton print featuring two of the patterns from my "Victorian Rose Collection" of fabrics - a beautiful pink, burgundy, purple and gold floral on a dappled green background and a pink on pink paisley. Both bags have drawstrings made of satin ribbon.

The shoe bag measures 14" (35.6cm) long with each "leg" measuring 8 1/4" (21cm) across the widest part. The jewelry pouch draws up to measure only 5 3/4" (14.6cm)across and 3" (7.6cm)deep. So both take up very little luggage space.

This purse is extremely versatile. I can see it with a very formal dress, a business suit or with jeans. It's the kind of purse that will definitely be noticed! And it comes with a matching envelope for carrying your driver's license, credit or business cards.

Both the purse and fabric envelope are made of a wonderful designer drapery/upholstery fabric and lined with a wonderful satin drapery fabric with a texture. Very durable. And there's a gold chain handle.

I beaded the main part of the design on the front of the purse with green, red, gold and silver seed beads. I trimmed the edge of the closing flap with a multi-colored cording that picks up the colors of the fabric. Colors in the fabric are extremely soft and easy to look at and the fabric itself is soft and wonderful to the touch. I'll swear, if someone doesn't buy this one soon, I'll have to unlist it and keep it myself!

Purse meassures 7 3/4" wide (19.7 cm) at it widest point and 8 3/4" (22.2 cm) from top to bottom. The chain is an 18" (45.7 cm) long chain, so it adds another 8" (20.3 cm) from your wrist to the top of the bag.

This fabric gift bag is perfect for wrapping a gift for
a special friend or family member. It actually becomes part of the gift as the recipient can later use it for a small tote. Pocket on front (or on inside, if you reverse the bag) is large enough for anything from a small baby bottle to glasses or a cell phone.

This bag is plenty colorful with blues, reds, golds, greens and white. The lined pocket is a toile scene showing rabbits dancing in a blue and white tri-leaf designed frame and is sewn on to a gold and white small check. This one is made of cotton. It's a golden tan geometric pattern on a abrown background that I've lined with a co-ordinating brown and gold tiny woven stripe. It closes with tan satin ribbon drawstrings. The ends of the ribbons have been treated so they won't ravel.

Just fill it up with your jewelry, pull the drawstring, and it's ready to fit into the smallest corner of your luggage or dresser drawer. Doesn't take up much room at all. It's made of a large fabric circle, but draws up to a small little pouch. When drawn all the way closed it only measures 5 3/4" (14.6cm) across by 3" (7.6cm) deep.

African animal and hut scenes accented in shinny gold (see 4th photo) on soft textured gold make up the decorator-weight fabric of this little gift bag/tote. I lined it with a co-ordinating gold and white check and used braided handles for it. I made the cardstock gift tag by printing matching gold and white checked background and copying the giraffe from the front of the bag.

This convenient smaller size fabric bag measures 7 3/4" (19.7 cm) wide x just over 8 1/2" (21.6 cm) long. The handles add another 4 1/2" (11.4 cm). Perfect for any kind of gift - from birthday to "just because".

All seams in the bag are double sewn for durabilty and hidden, so that no wrong sides of fabric show at all. It is very well-made, if I do say so myself, and will be used and reused for a long time to come. This is one gift wrapping that will not be thrown away!

Little Seashell Angel Pin In Jacquard and Satin Mini Pouch

My grandchildren brought me some beautiful sea shells from the North Carolina beach, and I decided the little ones with "wings" would make beautiful angel pins. I've sold quite a few locally like this.

This one has a silver halo over her head and is "singing". She's tiny--just barely 2" from the tip of her golden halo to the bottom of her gown. Her gown is beautifully colored by nature, but now it has just a bit of sparkle from the touch of glitter I have painted onto it.

I have made a mini pouch to wrap her. This pouch is an exquisite jacquard fabric with pink/burgundy roses on a grey background. I have lined it in soft pink satin. It measures only about 2 1/2" across the bottom. If you know my jewelry pouches - and many of you do - this tiny one is equally well-made, it's just smaller.

This would make a lovely gift--it's already wrapped in it's own pouch.--so needs no giftwrapping. The pouch can then be used to keep the little angel pin in, or used for 100 other things (coin purse, lipstick carrier, or anything else imaginable.)

I hand stamped and hand colored each mouse on a 2-toned pink background and gave him a little pink acryllic rhinestone "for u". Then I added him to hot pink cardstock that I also had hand cut with a Victorian cut and added pink and black satin ribbon ties long enough to attach to any gift.

The tags each measure 2 3/4 inches (7 cm) long and 2 inches (5.1 cm) wide. The backs of the tags are blank so you will have plenty of room to write your own message.

Another very elegant evening bag, wedding day or prom bag. It's made of peach colored brocade with designs of urns and flourishes of flowers. I've beaded the bottom edge with a fringe that I made of darker peach large beads and clear, sparkly smaller beads. The satin drawstrings are made of ribbon which matches the large beads, and I've lined the whole purse with peach polished cotton.

This bag measures 8" (20.3 cm) wide by 8 1/2" (21.6 cm) from the top of the bag to the bottom. The beaded fringe adds another 1 1/4" (3.2 cm). When the bag is drawn closed, the drawstrings measure 7" (17.8 cm) from your wrist to the top of the bag. The size is just perfect for carrying cell phone, make up, etc. or it can be used as the bride's money bag.

I took this series of color photographs of in the French Quarter of New Orleans and have printed them on matte white notecards that are 4.25" wide by 5.5" high. Each has it's own envelope.

This is a set of 4 gift tags with elegance! They would be perfect for any kind of gift from birthday to anniversary to "just because".

First I embossed the bird in gold on a polka dotted paper-the palest of pale pinks with pale green polka dots. I cut a Victorian edge to that and then attached it to a matching pale green paper and fixed the whole piece to white cardstock. Since I couldn't decide whether to use pale pink or pale green satin ribbon, I tried them both and decided that was perfect! So each card comes with pink AND green ribbons attached - plenty long enough to tie to any gift.

The tags each measure just about 2 3/4" square (7 cm). The backs of the tags are white and blank so you will have plenty of room to write your own message.

The set of 4 will come to you sealed in a cello bag for protection. The packaged set itself makes a great gift.

I've passed this old barn many times and always meant to get a picture of it, because the setting is so pretty. This particular morning, the mist was just hanging over the farm when I got there and it was so nice, I took a picture of the farm as well as just the barn in the mist. (Click on 2nd photo to see that). Please specify in message from buyer which picture you want-farm in mist or close up of barn in mist.

This photo is on 8.5" x 11" with a white border around it. I use Kodak Ultra Premium Photo Paper, and the actual photo is of higher resolution than what I have shown here in thumbnail. Please let me know if you prefer matte or semi-gloss finish.

Photos on these notecards were taken by me on the 1912 Dentzel Carousel in Pullen Park in Raleigh, North Carolina. The antique was restored in 1977 and again in 1982, including painting the animals. The Wurlizter Model 125 Military Band Organ which plays for the Carousel is pictured on one of these cards as are the ornate mirrors which top the center. Four generations of my family have ridden and enjoyed this carousel and I hope to see a fifth generation ride on it.

This set of cards would be great for penning short notes or for giving as a gift--especially if you know someone who loves carousels.

As they are notecards, the inside is blank for writing your own message, short note, thank yous, etc. All are enclosed in a plastic bag for protection.

I made this one of a beautiful peach-colored satin brocade with a cream-colored woven diamond shaped design. Across the bottom, it has the softest-ever fringe and a silver young maiden button on a long tab decoration. I lined this purse in a matching peach-colored polished cotton and used satin cording for the drawstrings.

This purse measures 7" (17.8cm) wide by 10" (25.4cm) long and the fringe adds another 1" (2.5cm) to the bottom. When it's drawn up, the drawstrings are plenty long to slip over your wrist. Not too big, but just right for carrying everything you need in a formal bag.

"Beautiful Memories" - a card for beautiful thoughts!

A combination of hand stamping, found and altered art, decorative cutting, edging in gold paint, light glittering and a vintage brass button from my mother's button box make up this card. I did it all in tones of brown and gold on white. It has an aged, Victorian feel to it. Two inside corners have a Victorian flourish stamped in brown ink and enhanced with gold paint, but the rest of the inside is blank for your own message. Suitable for any kind of greeting card.

This fabric gift bag is perfect for wrapping a gift for

This bag is made of a heavy decorator cotton with black and off-white stripes behimd cameos of women of all countries and fashions. Accent color is red. I've decorated it with a 1 3/4" wide black grograin ribbon with bow near the bottom of the front and used the same ribbon for straps. The lining is a red cotton that matches the accent color.

I've made and included a 3 1/2" cardstock matching gift tag with plenty of room on the back for your message. It can be tied on with a tiny black satin ribbon.

All seams in the bag are double sewn for durabilty and completely hidden, so that no wrong sides of fabric show at all. It is very well-made, if I do say so myself, and will be used and reused for a long time to come. This is one gift wrapping that will not be thrown away!

The bag itself is a very roomy 13" (33 cm) wide x 16" (40.6 cm) long. The handles add another 10" (25.4cm), so they're long enough to be carried over the shoulder.

This is a fabulous little purse to use when you don't want to carry much with you. Made like an envelope, it measures just over 8 1/2" (21.6cm) wide x 6 3/4" (17.1cm) deep. It has a lined, interior pocket measuring 6 1/2" (16.5cm) wide x 4" (10.2cm) deep for keeping your license, change, or whatever separate. The chain handle adds another 4" (10.2cm).

It's made out of a wonderful deep red/burgundy on ivory/tan crewel-type design cotton floral and fully lined with matching red/burgundy solid cotton. The interior pocket is also lined. This bridal purse is all white, but has plenty of texture to make it extremely attractive. Made of a satiny white stripe on white background, it's embellished with luscious lace around the bottom. I hand-applied pearls to the front and back side of the lace, then I attached by hand pearl and tiny cord flowers and made leaves out of some of the same lace I used on the bottom of the bag. It's lined with white silky lining material and draws up at the top with white satin drawstring ribbons.

The purse measures 12" long (30.5 cm) counting the lace at the bottom and 7 1/2" (19.1 cm) wide. When drawn up, the drawstrings add another 8" (20.3 cm) from your wrist to the top of the bag. It's large enough to carry whatever the bride needs on her special day in the way of personal items or would be a beautiful accessory for her reception money dance.

This purse will add an elegant touch to any bride's perfect day and then become a cherished keepsake. Dainty, yet holds anything the bride needs on her day as well as being great for the reception.

I made it of candelight ivory Moire Faille and used the softest lace to accent the rounded edges. I hand-sewed small pearls in the center of each flower on the front AND back of the lace and then a larger pearl at each point of the lace. I used extra lace flowers centered with pearls to applique on the front of the bag and connected them with a hand-embroidered stem. I finished the applique with leaves made of extra points of the lace.

For lining, I used ivory posh, and for the drawstrings, satin cording which I finished off with more pearls. You won't believe the softness of this bag! It feels wonderful to the touch! I like just holding it in my hands.

It measures 7 1/2" (19.1 cm) wide by 9 1/2" (24.1 cm) from the top of the bag to the bottom - not counting the lace (which is 1 3/4" (4.4 cm) wide). When the bag is drawn closed, the drawstrings measure 6" (15.2cm) - just perfect for slipping over your wrist while you dance at your reception.
