Inspired by a photo I saw of a flower reflected in a dew drop.

Tiny abstract daisy forms have been hand pierced on a brass teardrop shape.

The ear wires are 14/gold fill and the daisy drops have been given a brushed finish.

The teardrops are 3/4 inch long (1.9 cm) and approximately 1/2 (1.27 cm) at their widest point.

Domed blooms torch fired with apple green enamel. These earrings have been over fired to give them a deep color and to expose the copper oxides released by the flame.

The center of each flower is accented with fused 24kt gold.

Sterling silver posts are soldered to the back.

Sweet Pumpkin Orange enameled bird. Wings have been drawn into the enamel before torch firing.

The 1 inch long bird is suspended from 16" Sterling Silver chain. The back of the bird has is counter enameled with black enamel.

Enamel is powdered glass that is heated, either in a kiln or with a torch until it fuses.

The clasp is a sterling silver lobster claw hand wrapped to the chain and accented with sterling silver beads.
