Own two pieces of original GSS fan art for one low price! These were done for my old web comic, Ganbare! Shimura-san (Hang in There, Shimura) in 2007.

The first one depicts the three main characters in evening attire (Ryo in the center with Watanabe on one side, holding Ryo's glasses, and Mitsuru on the other side holding a glass of wine).

The second piece depicts a secondary character, Eiko, sitting in a chair with some champagne. Both pieces were drawn on special marker paper (which is rather flimsy, so handle with care!) and colored with Copic markers and Neo-Piko markers.

Please note: the sparkly pink background is not present in the original art.

Definitely a little unconventional . . . This little felt plush toy was made awhile back after getting the odd idea that items based on bathroom signs would be cool. This little girl is based on the generic 'female' shape you see on restroom doors. With a vinyl heart added for posterity, of course!

This little chica is about 8 inches tall and would look nifty in your office (people may think it's a voodoo doll, though). All money made off of this (minus shipping) is going to help an ill friend who is without insurance.

Done last year for the holidays, this marker piece depicts Mitsuru and Asano from my web comic, Ganbare! Shimura-san, in 'festive' holiday sweaters. Ted (also from GSS) looks on with glee, and Victor (from another story of mine) glares along with Tonbo the 'reindeer cat.'

Paper is 11 x 6 1/2, but the actual artwork was drawn off-center (leaving 1 1/2 inches on one side blank). It can be trimmed down if you desire!

Originally done as an art trade, this 4x6 inch piece features four characters (and one cat!) from my old web comic, Ganbare! Shimura-san (Hang in There, Shimura). Asano, at the top, Ted holding Tonbo the cat, Yasushi smoking, and Yoshi looking a little clueless. Perfect for framing!

Own a piece of web comic history with this original art from Ganbare! Shimura-san (Hang in there, Shimura!), a comic I published online from 2005 to 2008.

This picture is of Yoshi, Asano, and Mitsuru hanging outside during a coffee break . . . . (http://gss.strawberrycomics.com has it all!). This was drawn in late 2007. The paper is a little over 10 inches by 7 inches, and was specially made to handle markers (it's thin, so take care!).

Markers used were Neo Piko and Copic, outlined with Copic and Sakura Micron liners. The text is not present in the actual drawing. The paper is a little creased but the art is not affected.

Puka is ready for mischief!

This 8-inch long, 5-inch tall plush kitty is 100% handmade and waiting for a parent! Hand-sewn with magenta thread, Puka's 'fur' is a dark purple color. Eyes and mouth are a combination of sticky felt and glued-on felt, with hand-drawn teeth. A little applique star is stuck to his behind. He's a tiny bit overstuffed in the tummy region with 100% polyester fiberfill. He'd look great in an office, guarding important documents. Give Puka a home today!

**I apologize if the photos are a bit on the low-quality side! Also, in the first two, there was more light shining on Puka so the felt looks a bit lighter. The color is more accurate in the second two.

Would you like a portrait of a favorite celebrity, or a favorite family member? I'm offering up my artistic services! For just $30 I can draw up the subject of your choosing with Photoshop CS3.

Shown here is a sampling of my digital portraits. All of the art has been made within the past year. As you can see, they're not the 'typical' type of portrait. I like to use a wide variety of brushes to give it a slightly off-kilter, traditional look (and with Photoshop, it's easy to fix mistakes, just in case!). I can do something more traditional if desired.

In general, I will draw: fan art from comics, TV shows, movies, books and original characters (make sure you provide reference!)
I will not draw: mecha/anything robotic, cars, graphic sexual images, extreme violence (basically, I like to keep things at a PG-13 level) Please feel free to ask any questions!

Here's the price guide:

$30.00--one person, $20.00 for each additional person.

The price listed is for a single subject, but if you'd like something different, let me know! Make sure you provide a few photo references!

Drawn on 9x12 watercolor paper and 'painted' with watercolor pencils, this depicts my version of Mother Nature (done for an art challenge on deviantART).

Please note the colors mary vary slightly in the scan than in real life! The first picture is a touched-up scan, and the second is a raw scan (the lid was not pressed down so the paper wouldn't get bent). The greens are a bit more true-to-life in the second scan.

This is the Valentine's Day 'card' I posted on my comic's web site this year in celebration of the holiday. Drawn on Bristol board with Sakura Microns and Neo-Piko markers, it's just over 5 inches on each side (almost perfectly square but may need some trimming if framing is desired), and features characters from Cardboard Angel in goth-loli attire. Mayuko in the center in purple, Masami in light pink, and Rika in red. Yuuji is in the back in a tie. Great for any fan of the comic, or anyone who likes goth-loli fashion!

Please note that the text isn't present on the actual picture, and the scan didn't pick up a lot of the pink (Masami's dress in real life is a baby pink, although the scan gives it more of a peach look).
