Americas Cup Etching by R.H. Palenske

$25.00
America Wins in this vintage nautical etching depicting the first America’s Cup yacht race. The print was designed by illustrator Reinhold H. Palenske, and used to advertise the services of the Brown & Bigelow press in St. Paul, Minnesota. The attached holiday note is intended to be removed or flipped back for framing. This etching dates from the 1950s. The signature appears to be printed.

Text below image reads:
“America” Wins! First “America’s Cup Race” 1851
R.H. Palenske

Sheet size: 12” x 16”.
Image size: 8” x 10” (including text at bottom).
Could be easily framed within standard 8” x 10” mat opening.

Condition: Has some minor dents around border, and spot near upper right-hand corner. There is also faint discoloration in the clouds within the image, but this does not affect the overall fine quality of the print. No tears or significant issues with the sheet.

Reinhold H. Palenske (1884 - 1954) was an artist, illustrator and painter who studied at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago. His large body of work includes images of the old west, sports and horse racing, and the natural world.

The Baby Poo Poo Book

The Baby Poo Poo book answers this important question in a fun and playful way, with original drawings chronicling the daily adventures of Baby Poo Poo! The book can be easily disassembled, so each page can be added as the week (and pooping) progresses.

We designed this book while going through the process ourselves. For every successful poop, my daughter was rewarded with illustrations of where she imagined that the poop might be going that day. We’ve selected the best of her ideas and compiled them into the ultimate Baby Poo Poo book!

:: DESIGN DETAILS ::

> Nine 4 x 6 inch storybook pages, plus cover and back cover.

> Laminated in case of accidents!

> Bound with child-safe plastic binder rings.

> Corners rounded for easier handling.

> Printed on heavyweight matte paper, using HP’s long life Vivera inks.

© Force Nine Design, Inc. 2009.
