Another great idea is to hang the card from a wine bottle to let the recipient know who the wine is from.

This gift card holder measures 3 1/2" long by 4 1/2" wide. It is held closed with a bit of velcro. The gift card holder is made with a double layer of paper - using heavy cardstock as the base and accented with Japanese washi paper. This gift card holder is embellished with a red faux gemstone on the front. The inside is blank white so you can write your own personal message.
